We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. After 22 total days of delays, excuses, and lack of communication, I became extremely frustrated. What disappointed me most was not just the delay itself, but how the situation was handled. After expressing my frustration through text messages, Tommy (Haitham), instead of having management or the owner professionally address the issue, involved people from my community who had absolutely nothing to do with this transaction. I started receiving calls regarding a private customer dispute. No business should allow an employee to involve outside individuals in a customer issue. That was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. I later spoke with the owner, Simon, and explained the entire situation. At the beginning of the call, I even asked him what the company's mission was, and he stated that it was to make customers happy and satisfied. Unfortunately, I can honestly say I left this experience feeling neither happy nor satisfied. The delays already caused enough stress and financial loss due to rent and project setbacks, but the employee behavior and management's acceptance of it made the experience even worse. If you are looking for someone to turn a simple job into an electrical adventure, leave a mess behind, and create new problems you didn't have before -- this may be the person for you. On top of the poor workmanship, he was extremely rude and disrespectful. He attempted to connect his machine directly to a live electrical line, which resulted in damage to the electrical panel and an expensive oven showing a "Bad Line" error. Apparently, quality control and safety procedures were optional. Blamed the panel. The job was left with trash scattered around, and somehow the priority became demanding payment before the work was completed. Asked for additional $150 to "dispose" of the trash that he left behind. To add to the experience, machines were left sitting on carpet, creating another potential mess. We ended up contacting the local police. A reminder for anyone considering hiring him: do not release payment until you have personally inspected every detail of the work. Before making the deal demand full clean-up and disposal of trash. Take before pictures. Check your appliances, check your electrical system, and check that your property is actually left in better condition than when he arrived. Unfortunately, the experience was not the kind anyone wants.

He did not pressure us and made sure that we were selecting the best product that would work for us and our needs (which is unlike other larger companies in our area). Wonderful products and service. His son did the installation. We had a complicated project with nice hardwood laminate that was put into several rooms. First they had to tear out several different types of flooring and make sure all the rooms were all level. This was complicated because we had several years and layers of laminate from the previous homeowners. His team was on time, worked hard and in the end their work was beautiful! This is the best flooring company in the canton, Livonia, Plymouth and Westland area. You will get individual service because the people care about their customers and it is family owned. I will be using this company for all my flooring needs in the future as well!
