Dave Bongero was a pleasure to work with, he was honest and respectful of my wants and needs of the project when he quoted it. My job was not for the average company, it was truly a job for a construction crew that was ready to handle any surprises if need be. I had several construction companies come out to give me a quote, and some were so ridiculous that I believe that they just weren't up for the job... I have a unique older home, and I knew I needed a knowledgeable and experienced crew that would not freak out if something went wrong, and overcharge me if it did. Gary Bongero's penitence and skill got us through some crazy unfortunate problems that happen sometimes. These unexpected issues scared the heck out of me and being a woman you can only imagine my emotions flaring LOL. Gary's calming words and solutions made me trust his ideas and conclusions to handle the problem. This long-time family-owned company takes so much pride in their work, from their professionalism, common sense, and true understanding of what you need, and what they do is truly uncommon these days. I know that Bongero's can do any job, and the BEST part is you can trust them... I LOVE family-owned companies, and especially this one - Not only the crew but the exceptional young lady named Alexa who handles all the business details at the office

The person that was plowing had gotten angry because I stopped not infront of him but behind him about a good 30 feet to drop someone off. It took only less then 5 minutes. The thing is that i just dropped him off and I need to get to work because I myself was in a hurry so i was not just sitting there just chilling. He was hired to plow the the snow not to yell at the customers in the plaza. He said they did a great job, so I said why not. I needed a full tear off, so I got quite a few different bids to compare. Genesis gave me a very fair price and I did not feel like I was being pushed into a decision like some of the other "big box" roofing companies with flashy trucks and sales bros. Chris was extremely professional and made the process very smooth and stress free. He walked me through exactly what to expect. The crew was polite and very efficient. Showing up at 7:30am and working until the job was done around 6pm. They replaced the old rotten wood and even corrected my attic ventilation. They were also very careful around my landscaping. I was nervous about the debris damaging my new shrubs I just planted. I think they even left my yard cleaner than it was originally! Very happy with the process and the new roof looks amazing.

Hubby and I drove over to the home to find not even the slightest amount of residue in the gutter, no evidence of "over flowing" debris.
