My biggest fear was if mold was behind the tile - he was confident it wasn't. But of course I asked if it was and he did give me a price like I asked so I would be prepared. The work took 2 days due to drying time and he was able to work with my weird schedule as well. Definitely will use company in the future. I called and they came out for free estimate on time and promptly after contacting them. Brought color samples, provided design guidance, answered all of my many questions, and provide estimate same day. No pressure, no BS. Super nice and very professional. Price was in the ballpark of what I was expecting, not cheap but fair. I feel you get what you pay for, and this family owned company company did not disappoint. They started job about three weeks after making deposit. Showed up on time and got it done. Each day they worked hard, and then cleaned up before they left. Took four days total to complete the project. No complaints, no adjustments needed, no returns to fix anything. Everything was perfect. We originally had shutters around the windows but I wasn't convinced I liked them. So Andy (owner) offer idea for custom aluminum trim. Showed me pictures of what he's done before. I requested a slight change in design (wider trim along bottom of windows) and his team delivered exactly what I requested. House looks great, and we couldn't be happier. Work debris was left in an unsightly mess in the yard, Rude workers behaving inappropriately, no consultation about needs or choices of materials. if I could give less than one star I would. Poor communication skills, shoddy work, unsavory workers, sloppy and negligible clean up, cheap materials and not standing by his work or word are the hallmarks of a contractor I would avoid like the plague. This year my siding cracked ( I have a warranty). I called that company several times and emailed and they said in 1-2 weeks they would be out. Never came out. I emailed and called with NO call backs. So, I decided to call this place to see if they would do a repair even though they didn't do the original job. I sent photos and a description and they gave me a price over email without coming to see the job. I agreed. They said 1-2 weeks. Very next day, I got a call they were going to come fix it. It took the guy less than an hour to fix the repair. After waiting several months from the original company to come fix their work, this company did it. I should've just hired these guys to do it in the first place. The least I can do is give these guys a good review for their speedy repair.
