Needed a repair following animal damage to siding and soffit. Jet's was prompt to respond, worked with me on scheduling and was even able to pull the work ahead allowing me peace of mind securing our home. Work was done as planned and looks good. Redid the flat roof and gutters/flashing on the addition at the back of my house. Repaired what was said and in the quote. Was very considerate that I have 3 dogs and cleaned up nicely. Great work for the price and value! Would recommend this company. read more

John from Jets is very professional, patient and helpful. He worked with our insurance company throughout the claims process to make sure we were being taken care of properly. Once we agreed to move forward he got the roof done in one day! It was amazing, considering we are a four unit condo on a lake. I was there when the inspector came to review what was done and he had nothing but good things to say about the work as well. With so many nightmare stories about roofers here is one you don't have to worry about. read more

I was impressed by the professionalism (clean job site, friendly, but worked hard and quickly to complete the work). We had John from Jets construction rebuild the gate in our back yard. The work was done professionally, on time and on budget. The finished product was much stronger and much more secure than the original as the design was well thought-out and executed. John explained the benefits of his design and the materials he was using and we ended up with a better-functioning gate and better-looking gate than if we had used someone else. Also, and very important to me, john's work was neat and clean and he left no mess behind. A great job all the way around. I would highly recommend jets construction. read more

No protective coverings were placed on the stairs to the third floor bathroom, and both the contractor and his crew consistently walked through our home with their boots on. We now need to hire a professional company to clean the vents. We also encountered several unexpected additional charges throughout the project. While the workmanship itself was acceptable (a B), the lack of cleanliness and care for our home was extremely concerning (a D-). At the completion of the job the contractor also left two buckets of watery grout in our garage for us to dispose of.
