On a referral, i called Butch at Pilgrims Roof. He came out, assessed the problem, explained it to me, and gave me a fair price and start date. No haggling necessary. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. His son and crew came out on time and reviewed what they were going to do before they started. No surprises, no delays. They did a great job, professional and patient with all my questions. They cleaned up and had me inspect their work before they left. Posted on their site shows they do double layer roofing. I don't like being conned. I believed rep as being trustworthy. I did have an option but it wasn't given to me. Jake White came out the very next day and spent a good 2 1/2 hours performing a detailed inspection of my roof, even crawling in attic spaces that had not been seen since the house was build. After the inspection, Jake went over all of the details of my roof's condition and provided detailed recommendations. After answering all of my concerns and questions, he then provided an estimate, including any discounts, such as for being a senior citizen. After accepting the estimate, installation was scheduled, and the roof was installed within a week. Prior to the installation, Jake, being concerned with the house's venting, reached out to another contact and then later informed me that they would be providing additional venting, at no cost to me. The materials were delivered on the date and time promised and the installation team arrived the next day at the time promised, and the complete installation, including cleanup, was completed in one day. Jesse was the Project Manager and did a great job overseeing the project, including documenting every step of the process, including photos and providing the team with suggestions. Jesse also went above and beyond to help address one of the furnace pipes that was in bad condition and trimming some tree branches that I felt should be cut as they were scraping on the roof. Also, the team's supervisor, sorry I forgot his name, did a good job in directing the team, and the team of around 10 guys worked tirelessly throughout the day. I was completely satisfied with Tittle Brothers, their commitment to estimated times and cost, their salesman Jake White, their Project Manager Jesse, their installation team and their team supervisor, and the installation as a whole. I would definitely be willing to recommend Tittle Brothers to others seeking help with their roofing needs. KUDOS!!

We moved to Livonia in the last year and the house we moved into was going to need a new roof…read more However, we didn't need to call several roofing contractors and ask for quotes because we had the roof replaced on the house we had in Brownstown by Gregory's Roofing three years ago, and we were more than satisfied with their workmanship. Fortunately, the drive from Riverview to Livonia wasn't a deal breaker because Gregory accepts jobs in the Livonia area. Like our previous roof replacement, the Gregory's crew was on time, professional, and did quality work. We had an electrician coming out two days later to install bathroom exhaust fans and the Gregory's crew was nice enough to cut the exhaust holes in the roof and install the exhaust roof vents at no additional cost! The crew did a great job cleaning up after their work was completed and made sure that everything looked good before they left. Without hesitation, my wife and I recommend Gregory's roofing to anyone that is in need of roof repairs or a new roof.
