He started a few small-ish projects in my 1860's house last fall and they're stIll not complete. Over the course of the months he's been working on this job he doesn't show up for WEEKS at a time, he doesn't respond to texts or phone calls, and in fact I'm about to get lawyers involved. Cannot and would not recommend him. He tells you whatever he thinks you want to hear then just does what he wants. Right now he's supposed to be finishing some trim painting in a couple rooms downstairs and installing a doorknob on a set of French doors. This time it's been two weeks since he's been here and he simply hasn't responded to texts or calls. Simply put, don't use him. You'll regret it.

On Saturday he texted and claimed he had car trouble and would be out Monday. And after that my mom hasn't heard from him at all. She called him 3-4 more times and texted him, with no response at all. He has, in essence, ghosted her after he got some money from her. The fact that this human chose to take advantage of my senior citizen mom is despicable and I recommend you NEVER call him. He will steal your money.

I paid him for finishing a house in Au Gres, Mi., and he took 2 years to do 1/4 of the work. I begged him regularly to finish the job. I had already paid him most of the money (he kept asking for advances). He left a huge mess and never even bothered to finish sheathing the roof so water pours inside. Much of the work he did manage to do has rotted because he never covered any wood. I would send numerous messages, make calls and he would ignore me for weeks which would drag into months. Whenever he did respond, his excuses for not getting back with me were always ridiculous. Sadly, tools of mine that Jason used and were at the location, came up missing. To top it off, I had to put up with sexual comments on a regular basis. I would try to ignore it and just brush it off. I am an older lady and it was typical for my era. I walked that fine line of trying not to rock the boat and hoping he would finish the job. In the end, and out of the blue, he sent me a photo of his genitals. Yep, he did that. I went to the Sheriff's office and reported him. The officer I talked to told me that he was 'well known' to them. Wish I had known this prior to hiring him. The whole thing has been a terrible experience. I feel obligated to let other women know what they may be in for if they hire this guy.

He broke a piece of the counter top and had to reorder it, then leaves the counter sitting in a spot that is not level for a week, and it warps and now has to make yet another top for it. After three days of messing with the counter top .. still not done. No end in sight! A bumbling fool that doesn't know what he is doing! He spends more time on the phone and running around and he doesn't know what the meaning of work is. Think twice before hiring him if you would like the job done by a professional and in a timely manner.
