Notified the owner Mr Clements and also I sent pics of the trash and the drip edge was poorly installed where some areas have gaps, bent areas and broken piece. 2 days later no service call has been made so meanwhile hubby had to climb on an unstable ladder to clean the side and back gutters. After sending videos and pictures he responded that was alot of trash and went on to say he's leaving Sunday for vacation and will send someone out next week but there are 4 days left before vacay starts. What a nightmare.

From the first visit to assess our damage, to the last phone call to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction, they surpassed our expectations. Joe Rose was not just the owner, he was on site ensuring things were completed to not only his satisfaction but ours as well. Not once did I have to wait for a response, wonder about the status of a repair or deal with people in my home that were not professional. We had a multi-stage repair - Complete roof tear off, repair and reshingle, new gutters, siding repair, interior drywall repair as well as many other items. Each repair exceeded our expectations, I cannot recommend them enough. 5 Star all the way! Thank you Joe & Warren, your service is unsurpassed!

They had yet to finish trim, painting, hanging doors and fixtures, paint,d stopper didn't work, open plumbing access to crawlspace has allowed critters into the house. Mike PROMISED to finish the day after the order was lifted. Last communication was in May. It's now August 9th. After 5 months of waiting, my wife and I have had to take it upon ourselves to finish the remodel and are filing a lawsuit against Mid Michigan Remodel to get back what we had already paid in material and labor for the work that was never completed. This guy is a liar and a fraud. He billed for 200 linear feet of fence, estimated 191 feet in his…read more"drawing" and only put in 178 ft, leaving piles of materiel around and trash bags in BUSHES!!! On top of that, his crew damaged my power to the house. He denies any of this, claiming that the water (we have a well) and electric were messed up when they arrived last Friday morning. I have pictures, video, witnesses, and home inspection reports that clear show/state that there were no electrical or water problems prior to "good ol' Eddie" and his crew. I have his "drawing" of the fence dimensions and the digital measurements that show he lied and FAILED. He did put in a MISS DIGG Ticket, as did I. And he told me something was weird and that he would make some calls. I told him in person the day before they did the fence work that the previous owner said that the gas and electric for the main house came in on the back corner. So he overestimated material needed, even given that he shorted me TWENTY-TWO FEET of fence. He did not put it where I wanted...put the gate on one side about a FOOT from the stair case so nothing can go through that gate save for a person going straight up the stairs. He damaged my power, and maybe my well pump and tried to claim it was already bad. I am going through a lawyer and my insurance (his insurance Bois Insurance, seems only there to protect him, not his customers when he screws up) but this guy needs to be reported. On top of everything else, my wife and I are both dealing with some health things AND I am a disabled Vet...something good ol' Eddie was told in passing...apparently he has no problem screwing over people and stressing out people just to gain a quick buck.
