Josh answered and I explained what happened and he said he would be there in about 1hr. He arrived in about 45 min and had a very calming demeanor which was wonderful! He said he would look downstairs and then talk to us. HE came upstairs and explained what had to be done and that he would take care of us. Then he went downstairs and worked until about 2:30. He and Daniel-arrived the next morning . Josh explained about contacting our homeowners insurance company to file a claim which we did And were told an adjustor would be out in a few days. Josh and Daniel worked non stop until7:30 pm. They removed wet carpets tiles furniture heavy sofas etc without taking a break. then they fans and heaters to help dry out the basement. Josh explained everything they were doing and how it was progressing. I cannot say enough about Williams Restoration, they were prompt,kind,understanding,efficient,excellent communicators,very professional,calm,respectful and hardworking. I highly recommend them to anyone in need. PS 3weeks later we had another sm flood due to a clog (roots) and called and we got the same wonderful service! I love Williams Restoration!!!!!!

My mother is 85yrs old and had a lot of water damage 09-15-24-I came home from work that evening (about 8:30pm) only to find water in basement and kitchen-I thought pipes had burst. I tried to clean up myself but it was too much and very overwhelming. I looked on line and started calling 24 hour Companies available. Of course all had voice mails, one gentleman I did get a hold of told me he couldn't come out til Monday (this was a Sunday night) I was a little frantic due to mold and/or mildew concerns with standing water. I found Josh Williams Restoration on line and called and spoke with Josh and explained the urgent need, the stressful situation and the importance of getting someone out that evening and he informed me he could come out that evening in about 45 minutes as he was out of Chesaning. True to his word, he was out in about 45 minutes! He assessed the situation and reassured my mother and I , he would take care of. Josh was here til 1 or 2 am Monday morning- Thank God! He stated he would be back in morning with additional equipment needed to begin the Restoration process. Again, a man of his word! I just want to say for me just going on line trying to find someone that evening, very frustrating to say the least especially when people claim 24 hour service and/or response-Williams Restoration not only responded quickly, Josh was sympathetic to our needs and the situation at hand. He was exceptionally prompt, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, respectful, fair, understanding, reliable, informative, compassionate and continued to resolve and address the situation all the while working around my work schedule (which I truly appreciate). Josh alleviated so much concern and stress for my mother and I during this long process. He also guided me in steps I needed to take as far as filing claim with our Home Owners Insurance Company since there was extensive damage, which I called and filed a claim immediately that evening. I cannot say enough about this locally owned Company except I am so happy and fortunate, I was able to connect with Josh from Williams Restoration and would Highly recommend Williams Restoration to anyone in need. Excellent communication and people skills-truly there every step of the way to help you-the customer. He went above and beyond and again, I am so grateful I chose Williams Restoration. Clean up after they are done was always handled by them. No issues about communication and we were kept informed of everything at all times. All work was completed just as we agreed and were quoted. And THEN, what I will always call absolute fate, I found Flood & Fire Solutions doing an internet search, spoke with a very sweet & understanding receptionist at the MaComb office who put me on the phone with Craig who took all my information, and gave it to Steve Waga out at the Saginaw location and said Steve would be getting a hold of me to follow up and they would help me get everything taken care of. WHICH Steve did (and if my memory serves me correct, within the hour) and all i have to say is from DAY ONE, Steve has kept his word, been nothing but kind patient, professional, and understanding and always follows up on all my (prob) silly ocd questions and concerns, handled all the chaos I had been going through with my LESS than amicable & honest Insurance adjuster and has all the certifications necessary that made it impossible for her to deny & dispute things that needed to be done. I CANNOT say ENOUGH good things about this company, in addition to Steve, everyone that has been out to my place to review the work that needs to be done (Tom, Larry) have also been kind, professional and understanding as well. I am so grateful I found them. I would put them up against any other company just from the experience i have had to date.
