Manus Builders rates 5 stars without question! Other deck builders may source Trex products but Manus Builders' customer service and quality workmanship are unmatched. Ken was easy to communicate and work with on the planning and proposal for the new deck. The new deck was to be more practical and modest in size than the existing 35+ year old cedar monstrosity. Demolition of the huge old wooden deck was complicated by cold weather. Mike was 'Demolition Man" extraordinaire as he dragged huge sections of decking and understructure up a large hill to be hauled away. Winter came quickly with a vengeance and the ground was snow covered for the December installation. The installation crew worked hard and as a team. They were prepared for every circumstance due to the weather. Some minor follow up was needed in the spring to remove remnants of the old deck that were frozen in the ground. The result is a beautiful deck that is exactly what I wanted and its ready to go for the best of outdoor weather to come. To a person everything was done with excellence in service and workmanship. I wish I knew every name to give credit. Each individual was professional, friendly, polite and made every effort to perform a service that was customer oriented.
