However, there were a few items that I reached out about that needed tending to and they said they'd be back in a few days to address them. But, I made the ultimate mistake in paying the balance in full beforehand so as one could expect, nobody showed. Unfortunately, we had a wedding we were planning and things got busy so it slipped my mind. In any case, we never got the extra 2 feet of barrier by the deck nor did we get the dead plants replaced. In any case, they did good work, but if you use them, be sure you get everything done before paying in full as you'll likely have little to no recourse. Update: I heard from the owner and she indicated that it was not intended and they still have an open work order. We'll be scheduling some time in the spring to get the last items finished. I'll update this again once the work is completed!

I worked with Marvis on another property and he did a great job so I reached out to him again when…read moreI needed repairs and installations on this property I was selling. We had a cash offer to close in a week and needed to address a few issues prior to closing. I reached out to Marvis on a short notice and he was able to accommodate all the fix and installation needed to sell the property. He installed for us a new furnace and also addressed multiple pipe leaks for us. His plumber actually missed a few leaks but what I really appreciate from Marvis was he took responsibility for this and sent the plumber out to address this without additional charges. He was also able to send his guys out on the weekend. What I really like about working with Marvis what there was a constant line of communication. He made me feel as if I could always reached out if I had any questions or concerns. From working with Marvis, he really became someone I can trust. I look forward to working with him on future projects.
