He was very accommodating of my preferences and super easy to work with. It can be stressful to have someone working in your home, but Andrew was easy to have around and respectful of our space. You can tell he truly cared about the quality of his paint job and the satisfaction of his customers. I'll admit I can be a little fussy about paint. I'm very happy with Andrew's work! He even explained why he liked certain products and their performance. We found his rates to be competitive, as well. Here's the real proof: We are planning on having him come back to paint another large room for us. I actually found him soliciting a job here on Yelp. He was very responsive through the entire communication process, and never left me hanging or wondering what was happening, from first contact to when he was arriving. You don't always get that, and it's important. His estimate was clear and professional. This is his own business and there is a definite pride of ownership, and customer care that comes with that. Installed new floor and put the new tub in. Next the floor tiles were replaced, as well as the tub surround. The specialty tiles makes it look so beautiful. The new black hardware pops on the grey tiles. Mike installed the new vanity and sink, as well as new toilet. Mike is honest and hard working. Communication was wonderful and good quality work. The job cost what was quoted. Mike and his team feel like part of our family now.
