We came in for a bedroom suite recently, and were dealt with fairly and honestly. Delivery does indeed take a long time, but I've heard similar quotes while shopping at other stores during this crazy covid time. Many of their suppliers are amish and make the furniture on spec, so it makes sense. We can afford to wait, so no biggie.
