What Naz Did for Us: Naz installed our in-suite whirlpool tub, which involved bringing plumbing from the master bath into the main bedroom suite, doing electrical work at the breaker panel, carpentry to build the frame for the drop-in tub and tiling over the whole enclosure and the floor. How Naz Conducts Business: He was professional from start to finish. Responsive phone calls to our initial inquiry, booties over his shoes when coming out to quote and a line item quote told me from the beginning that Naz is a contractor holding himself to a professional standard. Naz spent 3wks in our home and was SUPER great the whole time. There were a couple unplanned changes as the project progressed, but Naz was very agreeable and reasonable about everything--he even suggested a few to make the finished result better than we planned and we're so glad he did! Naz's Work: Naz is more than an installer--he's a craftsman that takes PRIDE in his work. He made a couple recommendations beyond the original scope of the project at his own expense because he believed it would look or function better. That's how much he CARES. As to the quality of his work, I think the pictures from myself and others speak for themselves. If you get Naz on your project, you won't be disappointed.

My mother had seriously searched for years to find someone to renovate her bathroom. He is a master of his craft! Every person she called was either dishonest or greedy. I happened to find Naz through Google and all of his reviews were spot on. He is professional, kind, caring, timely, considerate, honest, and a perfectionist. I could literally go on and on about him. He went above and beyond his initial estimate. He is also very considerate of the customer and their future needs and will make suggestions when planning. After gutting the bathroom, he found that the electrical and plumbing was nowhere near up to code. I figured this, as the bathroom lighting stopped working years ago and the cold water from sink would not work. He re-did all of that without charging extra! He also fixed some things around the house that we noticed after he left that had not been working for at least a decade (I kid you not). He painted the bathroom twice to ensure the color was perfect. He also added in some extras in the bathroom that were a total surprise! The quality in the materials used is A1 and well within budget. We could not thank Naz enough for all of the work he has done in the home. When unveiling the bathroom, we both cried. It was emotional because of the time spent waiting for this day and the shock of the before and after. My mom is so proud of her bathroom and now is the talk of the neighborhood. They now refer to her bathroom as the HGTV bathroom. The pictures don't do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful! He made the process so easy. My mom told him a color and he put everything together himself! My mom is excited to work with him for future projects in the home. From the initial design estimate to the final pricing, they tripled the price. This was with no "fluff" added to the design. I suspected they inflated the price so I began the search for another designer. This led me to Kitchen Design Plus and Mary. We already had our cabinet design selected (wood and finish) so we wanted to match what we originally selected. Mary went above and beyond to match the cabinets in both design and finish. In fact, the finish was better than the original and the design was modified to include MANY upgrades and "fluff" to my kitchen...at a cost of $20,000 LESS. Mary understood that due to switching designers and starting from square one, we were on a three month delay form our original target completion date. Every effort was made to expedite the project (as much as possible during COVID) and make certain we were happy with our selections. Upon delivery, one of our end cabinets was damaged. They promptly picked it up to see if it could be repaired. Unfortunately the scratches were too deep and it was returned to Grabill to be repaired. No hesitation...they took the approach of "we will make it right" and provided exceptional service. The quality of the cabinetry is exceptional. You can tell immediately they are a quality cabinet with solid wood design. Mary's input was spot on. I had a few ideas (style of island leg, shape of island) that she suggested may look dated. I took her advise and she was right. Her suggestions gave me more seating at the island and a fresh look. Trust your designer!!! I would (and already have) recommended KDP to anyone who is contemplating a kitchen remodel. Expert advise, QUALITY cabinets, and exceptional service.

Since the time my new expensive refrigerator went out and the repairman said the cost of repair…read morewould exceed getting a new one, the built in microwave stopped working as well as the dishwasher (all were Kitchen Aide brand). All of these virtually new appliances had to be replaced. While the owner of KDP talks a good game, once he gets your money, his involvement with any problems stops. You are on your own. As you can see by my initial review in 2015, he told me to "contact the company" for a replacement refrigerator as the warranty was over in 12 months (and it was non operable and non reparable in 15 months). What he failed to report was the Kitchen Aide Company that built that appliance was in China, and when I did try to reach them, a recording said the factory no longer existed-due to flooding. The other three appliances that were put in also were Kitchen Aide. Anyone who is interested can Google "Kitchen Aide" and see the numerous complaints and lawsuits that the company has had, and how it is virtually impossible to get any resolution from them. To further contaminate the issue, the initial refrigerator was a "counter top" refri It is very sad to say that a $40,000 kitchen remodel, with brand new appliances purchased from KDP, stopped working in less than 2 years. I must say in all fairness that the stove still works-even though one of the front burners has a light that does not go on (that occurred less than 2 months after I purchased it). The stove hood still does work (some bulbs went out but that is to be expected). I am keeping my fingers crossed on that as well. Every time I am in a large big box store, I do keep my eyes peeled for a new stove as I know the one KDP put in will not last much longer-after all it has been 3 years.

Carmine came out to write up the estimate and he was really straight forward and down to earth. He said it may take a few days to get us the estimate because we needed so many things done, but we received the estimate the very next day. I think we paid a third down when we scheduled the work to be done, and we only had to wait two weeks until they could come do the work. They were here for three and a half days. They did everything we asked and more! We've had a branch stuck up on top of the garage for years and when they got on a ladder to take it down, they saw it had actually pierced through the roof and when they removed it there was a hole on the top of the garage. They patched it up completely for free! I told the crew leader Jimmy that we would pay for it and we were glad they fixed it and he said it wasn't in the initial quote so not to worry about it. Overall, for the amount of things they did, I think it was done for the best price in town, and it's quality work. We had another local handy service give us a quote for the same exact work to be done and it was seriously 3,000 dollars more than Handy Hubby. We definitely made the right choice going with them. But we also loved all four of the people we met from this service. The guys were so nice, respectful, but also very down to earth, where we were able to joke around with them a little (I mean hey, they were in my house for three days). Customer service (either by phone or email) was prompt in their replies and just really friendly and competent. It's really just refreshing that a company like this exists and I'm happy to have had them help us out. I like genuine people.

My bad I was charged a 73.20 return charge on a 135.00 purchase This is ridiculous We did not even open it .When I called and spoke with Fred and Haley they refused to refund any more SO DISSAPOINTED I should have just kept the sink.
