When I called and talked to my sales person because the fireplace was improperly installed no one called me back and I fixed their mistake myself. When I called to return an item I had to call and leave messages multiple times over a week until my salesperson called me back. When I just called again to setup an appointment to install the rest of my order it, surprisingly, it took more than one call to finally get an appointment scheduled. No problem getting called to take my payment, they were right on that. But any service is terrible. Other places sell the same products, I suggest if you want any customer service try someplace else.
