We decided to gut our existing kitchen and roll with new modern cabinets and appliances. Brad was terrific in listening to our desires and providing insight to cabinetry styles, granite selection, and color options to work well with our appliance selections and tile backsplash ideas. In fact, Brad helped us repurpose some of our old kitchen cabinets by installing a few in our laundry room. Brad also custom designed and installed a new pantry to replace an inefficient existing one. Other minor work involved refacing the vanity in a half bath and installing new vanity doors along with a new sink and granite top that matches the kitchen. My wife and I were thrilled with the final results. The kitchen looks amazing! Family and friends visiting our home absolutely love the way it looks now, too. When we went to the shop to pick the granite, my wife saw beautiful slab that, of course, was more expensive than the original quote. Shortly thereafter, Will came back to draw a template, and to complete the process only took a couple of additional days. The subs who came out to do the electric, plumbing for the new sink (which was included), and tile were all real professionals. As a matter of fact, I'm going to have them back to do side jobs. There were a couple of minor things that had to be fixed, but Will did so quickly. All-in-all, a great experience. Just a note: be prepared for a lot of unavoidable cleanup. Cutting out for the stove and electrical outlets creates major dust. But the results are worth it.
