I took one look at their beautiful work on their roof and told them to give me his contact info. Once Chris called me back he made the process a no stress process. He even helped with choice color by suggesting colors and was very patient when it took us forever to pick a color. We were so excited to get a new roof and him and his team did not disappoint the day of install. They even helped putting a new roof on my shed as well. He was great at keeping in touch and great for returning our phone calls and very patient with all of our questions and concerns. Ron from Finishers told me the distributor was Floor star Sales. About two months ago I reached out to Finishers and spoke with Ron. My carpet is disintegrating I have fiber like particles you could say like sand all over. Vacuuming doesn't help either. If you touch the carpet it leaves sand like particles on your hand. My tile floor gets full of it as well as my furniture. I change the furnace filter every month and it is full of this carpet particles. After many emails and requesting the phone number for the distributor Ron emailed me was a wrong number. Just this past Thursday Eric the owner came out and admitted that there was a problem and that he was going to make sure a claim was filed. From the tone it sounds that Millken is very slow at filing claims. Mean while we are breathing these particles. This is why people end up suing because companies want to neglect their responsibilities and leave consumers with no choice but to sue.
