Instead of showing any compassion or professionalism, the owner, Telia Williams, shamed her for being "overbearing" when all she was doing was advocating for our dog's unique needs. It's shocking that the person running this establishment would have such a rude and condescending attitude. To make matters even worse, the staff in the back started mocking her loudly and indiscreetly. This wasn't just bad service--it was downright cruel and humiliating. My girlfriend was heartbroken, and we didn't even let them touch our dogs after this appalling experience. If this is how the owner behaves, I can only imagine how poorly trained and unprofessional the rest of the staff must be. Avoid this place at all costs if you care about your pets and want them treated with kindness and respect.

We noticed he was also leaving blood on our floor. The business apologized when I texted them about the issue and suggested packing the wound with flour. After looking at the size of the wound, it seems unlikely that they did not notice this injury. I'm very disappointed my dog had to experience this and that they didn't bother informing me of the injury when I picked him up.

I'm also protective of my dog and had to cancel a grooming appointment on a day with "feels like" temps over 100 degrees. The usual groomer understood but told me they couldn't get her in for six more weeks. I couldn't wait that long and found 4 Paws Spa. The person who answered the phone could not have been nicer in listening to my dog's sensitivities and told me the owner, Jo, was very experienced in grooming older dogs. And they could get my smelly overgrown baby in two days later! I was thrilled! Today was grooming day at the new place. 4 Paws is a cute little spot on a busy street and the parking lot is very small. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by the owner, Jo. She put me at ease by telling me she has more than 40 years of experience in grooming dogs (and cats, I believe). We talked shampoo, cut, etc. My dog seemed to be comfortable with Jo and I also felt comfortablee. I stopped back after two hours and my dog was still being trimmed on the table. I could tell my dog didn't seem traumatized, so I left and came back around 30 minutes later. Jo was finishing up and I could see how careful and gentle she was with my baby. The grooming price was exactly what I normally pay to her usual groomer - $55 before tip. I really liked this place because the owner Jo and the other groomer were so nice and caring. I also liked the smaller environment because it was very calm with only two people grooming and fewer other dogs. The only downside is the small parking lot that I found difficult to maneuver, but I'm sure I can figure it out with more practice! Highly recommend!

They also provide a ton of advice regarding food, training tools, and anything else you could ever imagine. It's so nice how their classes are set like a gym membership. I can go to class 4 times a week, or just once if it's a busy time. Either way, I never feel like I'm lost or that things are too faced paced. I have loved getting to know the others in class, as everyone is so friendly and genuinely enjoys each other's dogs. Let's Train! also makes sure reactive, fearful, excited, and loud dogs are able to enjoy class and learn in the best way possible while also respecting others in class and making sure everyone is safe. They are so inclusive and have trainers that specialize in anything you could ever imagine.

I called for a private training and we were so blessed to find John. John was so patient with Max (a mini dachshund who thinks he's a big dog.) His fear free methods of training put us at ease right away. Max went from being scared of John in our first training to wanting to please him very quickly. John spent time going over our concerns and provided us with the tools necessary to keep Max just a little calmer (which, if you know Max....is no easy feat.) John's post training emails included reviews of our training, handouts on what we talked about, and homework to work on. I recommend Let's Train to everyone. It's a joy to be able to loose leash walk my dog and be able to control situations quickly. Let's Train is the best!
