Mr. Chow isn't just a restaurant to me -- it's a staple. I've been coming here for years, and it's hands down my favorite restaurant. The moment I walk in, the staff greets me by name, and that personal touch makes all the difference. The service is always top-tier -- attentive, professional, and consistent every single time. The food? Impeccable. Every dish is prepared with elegance and flavor, and I never leave disappointed. Whether it's a special occasion or just a regular night out, Mr. Chow always delivers an unforgettable dining experience. There's a reason I keep coming back -- it feels like home.

I don't understand the negative reviews of this place! The service from Jeffrey and everyone else was impeccable. We were celebrating our anniversary and it was a great time from start the finish. The chicken satay was amazing, and we loved the noodles! We also got two kinds of chicken but the Beijing chicken was perfect. The chocolate cake and oranges soaked in grand marnier were also awesome. It was very nice in here and everyone did a great job, but Jeffrey was so polite and helpful. We were staying in the hotel but this place it worth checking out, especially if you can snag Jeff as your server!

I grew up coming to Mr Chow and always loved it. I haven't been here in 12 years but it did not disappoint! I really don't know why it doesn't have better reviews, because the service was excellent and the food was very delicious. Maybe it isn't as sceney as Komodo but if you are an OG Mr Chow fan then that doesn't matter! It was so busy and had great music too! Don't judge it by the Yelp stars, because it was better. We got: Fried rice, sweet and sour pork, Beijing chicken, gamblers duck, pork dumplings, scallion pancake, mr chow noodles, and crispy beef !

Mr Chow was a random pleasant surprise. Came here unknowingly and left with a satisfied impression. Service was remarkable, and the food left me wanting more. The pasta was made with fresh noodles. And the duck was fabulous. I'm going to try and come back here again before leaving town. I read a lot of reviews of ppl complaining about the prices. Don't expect it to be cheap. Me coming from Beijing, I can say I appreciate the quality of the food. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat, and want cheap, go to Panda. This place ain't for you. lol

The acrobatic shows began at 8:00 p.m., with additional performances at 9:00 and 10:00 p.m. The acrobat was graceful, mesmerizing, strong, and sexy. When we made our reservation, we also asked for a table with a good view of the show, and they accommodated us with a fantastic front-row view from one of the couches. It was so much better than our previous visit, when we were trying to peer around a pillar and across the restaurant to see the performance. If seeing the show is important to you, I definitely recommend requesting a table with a good view when you make your reservation. Before the show the DJ plays music. The volume was at a good level, loud enough to be fun but soft enough to be able to hear each other talk. Although the restaurant initially feels like an indoor space, the central courtyard is actually open-air with overhead coverings, so there is plenty of fresh air while still feeling sheltered. Tall palm trees, pools of water, couches, and traditional dining tables create a beautiful and distinctive atmosphere. Overhead fans kept the temperature surprisingly comfortable despite the Miami heat. For Miami Spice, we had the tuna tacos, miso branzino, and Milk Tea for dessert -- jasmine green tea crème brûlée with honey tea jelly and lychee sorbet. Dining at Jaya was one of the highlights of our trip to Miami. Delicious food, great service, a beautiful atmosphere, and wonderful entertainment made it much more than just dinner. We were very glad we came back.

They had traditional breakfast options-eggs, bacon, waffles, pancakes, fruit, and pastries to lunch/dinner options- burger, fries, chicken, lamb, sushi, pad thai, fried rice, and much more. They also had a dessert station which included- crepes, bread pudding, macaroons, various cakes, and the most delicious cinnamon rolls that we've ever had. The food was delicious! The ambiance was incredible. It is outdoors so you will need to prepare for the elements. We also had live music while we were there. Service was pretty great in the beginning, very attentive, but you could tell when the restaurant was starting to get busier, which meant our server was occupied for longer periods of time. It took us some time to get our server to bring the check. It's a 2-hour dining experience that you pay $110/person plus the 20% service charge but we ended up getting shuffled out about an hour and a half into it. I'm assuming she was the manager who was directing other staff to "get these people out of here" to our table and the surrounding tables next to us. Which the tables next to us sat after us, so they were there for even less time. So aside from the older woman, who I assume was a manager, everything else was great!

I normally dont like to leave reviews less than 5 stars (and I'm being generous with 3 stars!) but I spent almost $50 for a meal that I ended up throwing in the trash (I have never done this before; it was that bad). Not sure if they were super busy or if they had a bad night, but I wouldn't spend your hard earned money on these two items: The gyoza tasted like it wasn't fresh. It was chewy and didn't taste good. It felt like something you buy at a grocery store that is left frozen for a long time. But even that wouldn't be that bad... The JB tempura was super salty (I was surprised because apparently people buy this a lot on Uber Eats), it also had very little creme cheese, and did not have good flavor. I guess I'll stay hungry tonight; thanks Ai Tallarin! At least your bag was pretty though.

When are the best Asian restaurants in Miami Beach?…read more I've been eating there for the last 10 years..

This place is a disaster. It was my worst dining experience of 2026. Let me tell you why…read more The food was honestly below what I was expecting which made what happened with the billing a very sour bite. I had an absolutely unacceptable billing experience from this restaurant that presents itself as luxurious. I dined at Hakkasan Miami Beach a few months ago with three friends. Our $805.72 bill was divided into four equal portions of $201.43. I authorized my $201.43 share. Hakkasan then processed my credit card for $201.43 TWICE. What followed was far worse than the original billing mistake. Rather than simply acknowledge that something had gone wrong and return my $201.43, Hakkasan fought my credit-card dispute and submitted doctored documentation to support keeping both charges. I spent months disputing this with Citibank, ultimately escalating the matter to Citi's Executive Response Unit and filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. And here's what I find extraordinary: Hakkasan's own reconstructed check shows four separate $201.43 payments totaling exactly $805.72. It identifies payments from two of my friends. It identifies one $201.43 payment from me. And then it shows my card a second time for another $201.43, without identifying a fourth cardholder. There were four diners. Hakkasan's records identify three of us. My card appears twice. Yet Hakkasan maintained that both charges were valid, and after nearly four months of fighting this, Citi ultimately sided with the restaurant. So I am now out an additional $201.43 because of a second charge their server (who appeared to be drugs that night) maintains I authorized. A billing mistake can happen anywhere. What defines a business is what it does after the mistake is brought to its attention. For a restaurant of Hakkasan's reputation and price point, I find this appalling. I would have expected meticulous accounting, serious customer service, and an immediate effort to determine why one guest's card appeared twice on a four-way split. Instead, I spent months fighting to recover $201.43 while the restaurant defended the second charge. I have dined at high-end restaurants around the world, and I cannot remember another experience that left me feeling this profoundly distrustful of a restaurant's handling of my credit card. Check your receipts when you go to Hakkasan. They cannot be trusted. Check your credit-card statement afterward. And keep all documentation. They doctor things afterward to fit their version of the story. I will not return to Hakkasan under any circumstances. If I could rate them as a -1, I would.

The food here has that fiery "wok smell" that really brings out the flavors of the food. The sauce already infused within the dish is amazing. The food comes out steaming hot and fresh. The wait for the food is like 10-15 minutes give or take. There are a lot of vegetables and one of my dishes had the plant watercress in it. If you don't know what watercress it is typically an expensive healthy vegetable (or at least where I'm from). The person behind the recipe put some consideration into the ingredients to enhance the flavor. I dined in, the place is unsuitable for eating at since it mainly focuses on cooking food for togo orders- regardless the service here was okay. Two servers but both mainly prioritized the togo orders. The place is a self-serve, where you get your own utensils and packaged sauce (I don't recommend the packaged sauce its no good). There is no ice cold water served, it's room temperature water only in styrofoam cups. The plates are also styrofoam too. Not good for the environment. The food given is also out of plastic containers which is probably because the focus of the place is on delivery services. There's only one cooling fan so it can get really hot, especially with the Florida heat. Regardless, the food here is delicious.

Less sweetness would allow the bold, funky, savory flavors to shine. The whole fried snapper was another highlight--beautifully crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and served with a flavorful dipping sauce. And the chili condiments were absolutely on point! Bold, spicy, and full of flavor--exactly what you want when enjoying authentic Thai and Lao food. Overall, generous portions, vibrant flavors, and a refreshing level of authenticity for South Beach. What impresses me most is that after all these years, the quality, flavor, and service have remained consistently excellent. Back when I wrote my first review, my daughter was just a little girl. Today she's 19 years old, and she still loves coming here just as much as I do. That's a true testament to how special this place is. I don't come as often as I used to, but whenever I'm craving Pad Thai, this is still one of my top spots. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and prepared with the same consistency that keeps customers coming back year after year. In my opinion, consistency is one of the most important qualities a restaurant can have. When you're craving a favorite dish, you want it to taste exactly the way you remember it--and Thai House continues to deliver every single time. Twenty-plus years later, they're still setting the standard. If you're looking for authentic, delicious Thai food with outstanding service, look no further. Highly recommended.
