I got a two meat plate with two sides. I got the tri tip, ribs, baked beans, and deviled potato salad. The deviled egg potato salad taste like it sounds. It taste like potato salad and and deviled egg had a baby. Never seen such a creation but I knew I needed to have it. The baked beans were out of this world!! Top three baked beans I've ever had!! A little smokey, a little sweet, and just the right consistency as far as thickness for me A1 . The ribs by far the best ribs I've had in STL. Very flavorful and tender. The tri tip it was ok. I've never had it shaved before and couldn't really get a good grasp on the flavor. It wasn't bad, just not the way I've had tri tip previously. All of their BBQ sauces were fantastic as well!! The Mac-n-Cheese as an additional side was extra creamy and cheesy. I like that they use the traditional elbow noodles to make theirs. I did not use the BBQ sauce they provided for my ribs, I'd dip a forkful of mac-n-cheese into it for an extra burst of flavor. Of course, the ribs did not disappoint me. Their Baby Back Ribs and they are way better than that restaurant that sings about how good theirs are. I like the fact that they are a dry rub and not soaked in BBQ sauce. I like the ability to be able to add my own sauce in the amount that I like. Many times, I just enjoy the seasoning of the dry rub. I'll be going back soon, so I can enjoy an order of Cheesy Pulled Pork Fries. They are best enjoyed fresh. I don't think they'd be a good carry-out option.
