OK, so I live a short drive away (25 minutes) from Sebagel, which made me hesitant to visit. Being…read morefrom Baltimore and having lived in Nashua, NH (thank you @Bagel Alley) I wasn't sure I'd be able to find REAL bagels. Boy oh boy was I a fool!! Enter Sebagel in Naples, ME. The definition of a real NY-style bagel! I just picked up a mixed dozen and got a garlic herb + cheese special for my 13th with their scallion cream cheese. The drive back home was tortuous and I almost had to eat one without the cream cheese as my car smelled soooo good. When I got home, I grabbed the garlic and herb + cheese bagel and the scallion cream cheese. As I ripped the bagel in half I knew I found a winner!! The first bite was almost orgasmic as the crust was perfectly hard and the insides perfectly chewy. The definition of a NY-style bagel!! The rest are going in the freezer. Not sure how long they're going to last but I will certainly be back!! Now, if only I could talk them into making a pumpernickel bagel...

The space is fairly big and toasty with hot bagels constantly coming out. We ordered 18 bagels to go, a maple cold brew, and an iced latte. The bagels are really crispy and delicious, and they reminded me on Montreal style bagels. Cold brew was excellent, better than the espresso. Will definitely be back!

I'm pretty picky about bagels, and I constantly rave about these. This Mister Bagel in particular is by far the best one I've been to. We were a little concerned they'd be busy from how full the parking lot was but once inside we got sat right away. It's not your typical old school diner vibes here it's more of a coastal vacation/cottage feel. Now that does not mean you miss out on all aspects of a diner. I overheard many regulars chatting with staff and saw the servers working hard keeping people's coffee cups full. Fast paced with a friendly smile so no complaints service wise. I went with their current burrito special which was the Country Burrito that came with peppers, onion, bacon, homefries and cheese. The burrito also had a side of homefries too, which i think with the special could have skipped on that since the burrito had them inside. My wife got the Irish Burrito which basically had a corned beef scramble in burrito form. Both tasted very good, my wife did wish the corned beef pieces were bigger though. Although we enjoyed them I think we would try different things next visit. The prices were very reasonable I think considering how expensive everything is. A welcoming diner with friendly and quick service with tasty burritos. If you are in search of a breakfast spot give them a try. They are also a bagel shop next door in a different sectioned area.

Has to be one of the worst sandwiches I've ever tried to eat. I took one bite and there was absolutely no way I was going to take another bite and so I just threw the whole thing away. I was going to drive back and give it right back to them without asking for my money back and just saying here you keep this and I was just a little too far away to be able to do that but I certainly would have. This is not a place I will ever come back to. I know a lot of people go there the place was busy the place was packed but my experience was absolutely Dreadful and I am not going to waste my money like that again! There's nothing worse than spending good money on horrible food! I only have a certain amount of time for a lunch break and I wasted it so now I got to go hungry for the next few hours. Poor me. But what a horrible experience.

We had a turkey panini and a turkey club, both were fresh and yummy. Large sandwiches (we could have split one) and fairly inexpensive. It might have just been the time of day and they run tight inventory but they were out of several things. No bagels, no iced tea, and no honey for hot tea. I would recommend this place and would like to try a loaf of one of their breads next time, they had a really cool variety available.

It was a scrumptious combo and I thought the bagel itself was a very good bagel. Each addition is a bit pricey - $4.50 each for the egg and turkey bacon, for example. In general for their own specialty bagels or for a combo of three things you make yourself, you're looking at a $15+ bagel. However, said bagel also comes with an enjoyable ambiance. It's a bit indie/cutesie/intentionally lighthearted but very enjoyable. There are window seats to look out on to the street and a whole separate large room of tables that would make for a good place to get some work done if that is the goal. There is sweet gift section with the Russ & Daughters story/cookbook, t shirts, and clever hand-designed cards. The service was hit or miss - one employee was very attentive, another seemed annoyed to have to serve customers (although in a NYC deli, after which this place appears to take its inspiration, a little grinchiness perhaps makes the experience more authentic). All around, a few small negatives, but I really enjoyed my bagel and its surroundings, so five stars. UPDATE - I went back a second time and got basically the same thing minus the turkey bacon ie a bagel with cream cheese and an egg, and an iced coffee. Came out to about $15. I think their prices are just unreasonably high unfortunately and the egg the second time around fell flat.
