The past couple years during Christmas my wife and I have gone out and supported a restaurant that has been open. Afterwards we have noticed an Aroma Joe's open and grabbed a celebratory drink. Remembering that we made the trip to this Aroma Joe's for Thanksgiving day! We certainly were not the only with the thought as the drive thru line was quite long. Despite this the workers were keeping the line moving and doing so with a smile and friendly service. If you have come across an Aroma Joe's before you know what to expect. A large portion of them are drive thru/walk up only locations. Fitting for the season we each got a version of their seasonal Peppermint Bark. I got a latte version and my wife got the ice coffee. It's a really great seasonal drink worth trying! Also I must add during the start of fall season they have one of my drinks, Chaider which is where an apple cider meets chai. I came here before work, around 9:30PM. I was mildly inconvenienced due to the fact that Apple Map's says you guys are open until 10PM (when you aren't.) Was almost late because I then had to find somewhere else to go to get a caffeinated drink l and had to drive back to Gray all before 9:55. Love their rushes, however, they recently have been rushing the process and each time they hand it to me there are about two inches of bubbles/foam at the top of the cup. Monday morning, Labor Day. A quick coffee and breakfast stop before the long road back to NYC. I got the iced pumpkin chai latte and loved it - delicious blend of flavors and the right kick to keep me alert. Decent egg, ham and cheese croissant as well. The service was horrible this morning. One girl threw straws at me in the rain and then acted like I was an inconvenience when SHE got my drink wrong. My drink was ONLY ice and had very little rush (literally took less than 10 sips through the straw). With the rush, I got a breakfast sandwich which was FROZEN and only had one bun piece. Maybe I should get a refund or maybe they should fix this employee's attitude. read more

Once again went to this aromas after a very hard morning with my friend. First of all the worker was rude and short with us when asking for our orders, I was then given a rush that was very foamy rush, and speaking as an aroma joes worker, this means they tumble the rush fastly and don't care enough to wait to give the costumer the remainder of their drink. I try to avoid this aroma joes now. It takes so long and the drinks are always watered down and gross.

Regarding Frozen Coffee Covers. The small covers do not work. The coffee leaks out everywhere in my truck and it's because they over once I put the straw into the cup. Your company needs to use the covers that are higher. When I ask for the higher cover the server looks at me like I'm inconveniencing him/her. Maybe I should send you/them a cleaning fee. read more

I ordered breakfast for the whole family. I payed more than I would have liked with the fees using Doordash and thought the quality would be better than the local Burger King so I splurged. I tried out Aroma Joe's in Windham and it's disgustingly bad. We and found their breakfast sandwiches tiny, prepackaged, hard as a rock and tasteless. All of the muffins were old, hard and crumbled when bitten. The whoopie pies also prepacked, old and rock hard. Their Aroma Joe's soda was watered down and tasteless. They don't even apply the creme cheese to the hot bagels, you get a couple tiny containers and nothing to apply it with. I tried calling to speak with someone about it but they don't pick up, ever. I tried reaching out to the manager on Facebook, crickets. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. NEVER again. read more

I'm so happy this is in Windham now! We needed something other than Dunkin donuts. While I wouldn't go as far as saying the coffee is 5 stars, the service definitely is. I've been here probably 8 times already and every person that I've dealt with has been extremely friendly, helpful and great! They all seem like they love their job. I like that. As a vegetarian, I used to be a fan of the egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches here. Then it was brought to my attention that they just pull the frozen bacon off the sandwich before heating it. Therefore Aroma Joe's is not vegetarian friendly. The rush's are still a good caffeine fix when you are tired of coffee. read more

Much better than DD! The staff is great and pleasant to deal with. The only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 is because of the cheap small styrofoam cups they use. Twice now my cup has busted on me and ruined my clothes and created a huge mess in the car. If they ever upgrade to something more practice I'll be a daily customer. read more

We are aroma joes regulars, both the Portland and Biddeford locations. We live in windham so we're very excited that this location opened. We have tried to give this a fair chance, coming every so often, but have been frequently disappointed. The other two locations we frequent are so much more consistent. We always order flavored iced coffee regular, not sure how it can taste so different each time. read more
