The employees are very helpful and are happy to answer any questions or make recommendations. Overall, this is a gluten free heaven and I can't wait to go back again. The baked goods are still excellent I wish I could say that about customer service. With the exception of the fantastic woman with spiky blonde hair who is absolutely wonderful. The manager I spoke with was so rude, I downloaded yelp to warn others. It's a real shame. Hopefully the owner sees this and makes some changes to the team before they loose more customers.

This year I opted for a Boston cream pic cupcake selection for the Boston cream pie lover in my life. The inside was a yellow cake base with the standard Boston cream in the middle and a hardened chocolate shell over cream on top. I made a special request for some lettering and they came packaged in a box that allowed for complete stability of the cakes. I accidentally left them out in a cold area prior to serving but they turned out totally fine! I would have normally done a regular Boston cream pie but circumstances made cupcakes an easier option. Will be trying the full cake next time. Definitely recommend if you're in the area -- ordering, customizing, payment, and pick up were all insanely easy.

They're the perfect balance of both dense and yet they melt-in-your-mouth; the "icing" (whatever notion you have of icing, throw it away because that's not what this is but a word hasn't been invented yet for whatever is going on with these buns) is sticky and creamy and has a little hint of citrus. And I am not sure I can never eat another cinnamon roll again, because these have spoiled me forever (I was swooning so much the first time we had them that my partner let me finish his as well!). Also: their frittata? I haven't had anything that good since living in Spain. Big, filling wedges of layered egg, potato, onion, and veggies. I'm hoping this will always be available vegetarian! She was absolutely lovely to work with! Very responsive to emails and phone calls, and super flexible and helpful with pairing flavors for us. She made a variety of mini-cupcakes and frostings for our tasting and each were delicious--even the margarita cake! As someone who does not like chocolate, I would have eaten the chocolate ganache frosting with gusto. We ended up choosing traditional flavors: red velvet with cream cheese frosting for the bottom (12") and top (6") tiers as well as vanilla with chocolate ganache for the middle (8"). We had just shy of 60 guests at our wedding and were able to take the entire top tier home. She understood the type of design we wanted for our cake (very simple and clean, which required the use of fondant). Our guests enjoyed the taste, though they thought it was "a bit sweet" (probably due to the fondant). The style was what was in my head but not executed as cleanly as I would have liked--in the days before Pinterest, brides didn't have 1,000 images to show their baker, after all--but I was still happy with the price, taste, and service and would recommend her to friends. I'm pleased to see that she now has her own storefront. I have yet to visit, but plan to rectify that soon.
