It's just a matter of getting there before it sells out. There's indoor and outdoor seating. There is the potential of a wait if you arrive mid morning. Just a warning. It is worth the wait!

Open kitchen, you can see everything being made. You can see the ovens, and the bakers diligently working. The husband-and-wife owners and bakers were in house and working! I was just in awe of the operation. Lovely staff, lovely vibe, and amazing treats. We had a ham and cheese croissant, a quiche, and some cookies. We also enjoyed a cortado and a latte. Everything was perfect, the lamination on the croissants was beautiful, the variety and uniqueness of the foods was awesome, and the service was just awesome. The owner talked to us for a bit too (Billy?), I had so many questions. I felt bad I was taking him away from his staff, but just what an inviting place. There were a few tables, very intimate setting, very clean bathroom, plenty of parking out front and in back. Just all in all - YOU MUST STOP HERE. The bread looks phenomenal! Huge loaves! But they will cut them in half too for you. I will definitely be back!

It shares a parking lot with Yolked and is only open Thursday - Sunday. I went in on a Friday around 11am and almost everything was already sold out. I returned Sunday for a full loaf of sourdough and some pastries. The sourdough is big and beautiful, not too crusty, nicely hydrated loaf. The croissants were very tasty. But if I'm nitpicking, I think the ham and cheese could be improved if the ham inside steams rather than crisping - it gets rubbery and not that enjoyable to chew through. The service/staff - 10 stars from the moment we walked in. It was like walking into a friends house for a dinner party/gathering. So friendly and welcoming, like they had been looking forward to us arriving. We were brought to our table in the one of the side rooms furthest from the kitchen, main room. There were a few other tables in the same room, but it didn't feel crowded. Great menu, not a large selection, however, there is definitely something for everyone. I selected the chicken and dumplings. It wasn't like the traditional chicken and dumplings. The dumplings were petite and so delicious! The sour dough bread made fresh daily....get it if you can. You may want to call ahead and preorder for your dinner. They run out fast. Our server was very engaging, patiently explained the dishes and offerings. Checked on us, kept our drinks full, she made us smile and laugh. She was fun! Overall - delicious food and drink. A cozy setting for a lovely dinner. Also - private lot with plenty of parking! I can't wait to go back again soon.

It truly is a small little shack and had a drive thru with window on both sides for you to pull up to and order. So if one side has a line go to the other side. They do have breakfast offerings but we only grabbed drinks. Both members of staff (possibly the owners) were extremely friendly and gave us an extra minute to figure out what we wanted. Made us feel very welcome because of their kindness. They offer all the drinks you'd expect both hot and iced and lots of flavors available to add. Then also they had some seasonal Valentine's Day specials available as well. My wife got an iced mocha and I got an iced latte with toasted marshmallow flavor added. Both were well made drinks that we enjoyed. They did not blow us away but would be no complaints if we got them again. So while they did not become our favorite coffee spot we would return and leave happy and caffeinated. Worth giving a shot if you are nearby and want a quick drink!

We giggled when we saw it. Truly the silliest coffee shop I've ever seen. "Shack" is the appropriate word. The employee at the drive-thru window was friendly & helpful. The whole interaction, from rolling up to rolling away with our goodies, took about 7 minutes. They had gluten-free bagel options which was a wonderful surprise, but they also were out of quite a few things - many types of bagels (both gluten-free & regular) & flavors of cream cheese. My bagel was about as good as any gluten-free bagel can get. I took a big whiff of my BFF's regular asiago bagel & it smelled fantastic. The iced lattes were a big hit & got us through the next 4+ hours of sitting in holiday weekend traffic. I would definitely come back if I was in the area again & I recommend this spot for anyone who is passing by on a road trip or becoming increasingly cranky without caffeine.

They have an extensive coffee menu and use their own roasted beans. I went with a standard coffee but did upgrade to maple syrup for my sweetener. (Anyone who knows me knows this alone won me over!) And, if you eat in - your coffee comes in a beautiful real mug! They have decent bakery case which is stocked with pastries from Two Fat Cats and bagels from Rose Foods! That's right - you can get a Rose Food bagel without the hassle of parking on Forest Ave in Portland. I got the Mystery Spice (old bay seasoning) and enjoyed half with Olive Cream Cheese and the other with Herbed. Clearly they make the cream cheeses here in house and they are delicious.
