They do ask you what toppings you want to add and start listing off all the fruit available but i made sure to check what is included and what is an extra charge. Turns out only one fruit is included in the $15 charge and then any extra added is another $1. If i didn't ask they don't specify this which i could see leading to some issues and a very pricey bowl. My bowl came out in probably 10-15 minutes and there were only two other girls before me waiting for theirs so i could see if they were busy it would be a longer waiting time. The bowl was tasty but nothing to get too excited over. I feel like it needed more toppings and was mostly smoothie liquid. The peanut butter is as good as i've heard so i did want more of that in it. I think they really skimped on the fruit toppings - it's a $15 bowl with only banana and strawberries on it so i think more would've been appropriate. Not a bad experience but i don't think i have a reason to come back unless i want to spend a lot of money to add more or extra toppings.

My wife got the Maine maple latte, which she said was really good. Being dedicated gluten free, they definitely have some challenges, especially with baked goods, that most places don't have to deal with, so I'm willing to cut some slack here.
