Looking at the menu prior to our visit we did consider trying the smoothie bowls but a few reasons deterred us from doing so. The prices for the size you receive didn't seem worth it. The heavy use of almonds and the fact they can't guarantee being almond free made my wife hesitant too. The inside is spacious, welcoming and beautifully designed while remaining simple. I was surprised it wasn't busier considering this! Definitely felt like a spot you could enjoy a smoothie or drink and chat with friends or family for a while or watching the world outside the window. Street parking was easy enough to get right out front. Staff when we ordered were not un-friendly but also not overly friendly. More welcoming and friendly could make for even more memorable and nice experiences. Latte wise my wife got the Cinnamon Bun Latte while I got the Cookies & Cream Latte. Firstly I will say both the lattes we chose come with a housemade whip which is very delicious but much thicker than typical cold foam/latte toppings. They also make the syrups in house which is great and the taste was phenomenal. Both lattes nailed the flavors they were going for with a slight edge given to the cinnamon bun being better. Overall a great spot aesthetically with solid lattes.

It was freezing outside and I did not need a smoothie in negative weather. Luckily, they also have breakfast bagels, coffee, some pastries, and paõ de queijo! I ended up with a lox bagel and miso caramel latte. The bagel was delicious! It filled me up and helped me feel ready for my day. The miso caramel latte was the shining star. Things I noticed where they don't put the ounces of the drinks on the menu board but only the prices. At the counter they also had no cups out showing the sizes of the drinks. They also display no prices on the online menu, where I first looked, as-well as no ounces of the smoothie drinks. I work for a small business in southern Maine and I just think this is completely unreasonable for sizing. I shop small constantly trying new places and have never spent over 9$ on one drink, or even a SMALL drink and I don't think I want to ever again.

I was shocked at how quickly the freshly made bowl came out and also shocked at how long it stayed very thick and frozen for, especially since it was a hot summer day. The bowl was delicious as always and I immediately wished I could have a second. The bowls are really really loaded with cold, thick smoothie (acai or dragon fruit base), fresh fruit on top, Grandy's Organic oats (local), peanut butter, Nutella, or honey drizzle. It's a feel good, super food, meal that I'm officially addicted to.
