It's a prototype doggie treat! I'd call it a "banana pupsicle!"

Made a pit stop for a vegan bowl and salad before taking our pooch to stretch his legs on Mackworth Island! This place is super cute. Very creative smoothies and salads.

10/10, they keep it simple. It's always busy when we go there. My favorite is the Miracle smoothie. I recommend ordering ahead.

I have been impressed every time we have eaten at Fuego (5 eat in and one take out over the last 6…read moremonths). The service is very friendly and fast. The food is amazing and the prices are fantastic. If you are local and have not made Fuego a regular eatery yet, you are missing out on a quality meal!! They do an excellent and very thorough job with take out as well. Drinks are also quite excellent. Great atmosphere, casual and clean. The ceaser side salad was super fresh and I can't say enough about the roasted veggies. They are almost a meal by themselves. We ordered take out this past Sunday and I ordered the taco salad and a side of the veggies. I added them to the salad and it was spectacular!! They are perfectly cooked and garlicky. They went so good right on my salad...which was huge and packaged in a very nice resealable plastic bowl. Crispy and fresh! The food was packaged very well and it was still hot when we got home 20 min away. There are not very many resteraunts available these days that are like this but still completely affordable for local folks.

I think I found a new favorite spot in Southern Maine. I met with an old friend for dinner…read morerecently. I tried the asada bowl and am a big fan. My friend chose birria enchiladas which she also raved about. Her daughter enjoyed her quesadillas dish and all agreed that the churros were incredible. Service was awesome. Ambiance could be a bit better but the place is clean. They also have some interesting decor which is a nice touch.

First, some expectation setting- You can think of it as a first cousin to a grandma style or second cousin to a Sicilian. Thinner crust, decent structure, more structured than a NY, less structured than a Sicilian or a good grandma style. It's a little lighter than a Sicilian or grandma in terms of crust. "Heaviness" is pretty subjective depending on the toppings. The pizza - Soppresatta was packed with flavor, salty, spicy, little sweet from a touch of honey and a very fresh, slightly punchy sauce - keeps some acidity and tastes lively. The crust was delicious, from what I read, this is a sourdough crust. Definitely had some good character and flavor to it.. I got this heated before eating it. The vegan special - obviously I'm not vegan, but that pizza looked phenomenal. Had to try it. This one did not get heated up as it was suggested to leave it cold (logical considering it basically has a salad on top). I don't know what the vegan cheese was but it tasted like a whipped ricotta/goat cheese would. The fresh tomato, pickled peppers and red onion all played perfectly together. I'd certainly go back here. A little on the pricey side but I think it rang in around $18 on these 2 slices (yes, pictured is considered a slice of each) I was plenty satisfied.
