I decided to stop in and order take out. There were a lot of call-in tickets ahead of me and a few tables already waiting for their orders. She let me know it would be about 30 minutes. No problem. I was able to look over everything while waiting before settling into a very comfy leather chair right next to the door. Great vantage point to see all of the amazing treats they sell. They have donuts, scones, muffins, turnovers and dozens of fudge flavors!! I ordered a couple of donuts to go along with a blueberry turnover. SO GOOD!!! The donuts were perfectly fluffy and sweet and the turnover, flakey fruity and perfect! Great - fresh made to order breakfast sandwiches on a biscuit. They are satisfying - so tasty and filling! They are hearty. The couple that owns and runs this business are down to earth and authentic. I loved listening to them work together, it made me laugh when they had a disagreement, she apologized when I went to pick up and pay for my order. I told her, no need, it was like I was at a family home with real people having real conversations. We had an error with our order and I submitted feedback, so they would be aware of what transpired. I receive an email from a concerned manager/staff lead that wanted to be sure they could do everything to make the situation better, even after the fact.
