I searched the web and found this delightful little slice of heaven in gray, just up the road from Portland, maybe 20 minutes or so. So I figured I would take a chance and went over there, to my surprise they had over 200 flavors listed on the board with more in their binder behind the counter. The selection there is incredible, I plan to work my way through the menu starting with pomegranate base tease. They have frequent flyer cards, on Sundays you get double punches, you also get punches for take-home tea kits that you purchase and they do fine little things throughout the week like spin the wheel and other daily specials. The staff are incredibly nice and patient, as they understand the menu takes a bit to peruse through. They are ready to make anything you want. Love this place, it's my new go to!

My dad did try their scone and raved about it though. They had lots of gluten-free options. The owners and all the staff were extremely friendly and great service. Drink wise they had three offerings during our visit was Coconut Cold Brew, Iced Chai, or Blueberry Lemonade. Both my wife and I had Coconut Cold Brew and it was pretty good, they had some syrups and creamers that could be added to your liking. My parents also raved about the blueberry lemonade. I do wish they could have had some more options for drinks. It was great to have options of drinks and baked goods after goat yoga and like I mentioned the owners/staff were friendly. Would return and try more drinks and definitely baked goods.

The peppery arugula coming front and center to cut the richness. I don't even know if I'd call this a danish, but whatever it was made my heart smile. The crisp airy pastry transported me to a cafe on the cobblestone streets of Paris. It was nothing short of magical, there are wizards employed here, I'm sure of it. Did not try it during that due to it being later in the day and not needing caffeine later in the day. Then unfortunately due to their usual schedule being at the community center only Monday-Friday 6:30-11:30/12 has not worked out due to work. Finally a day off allowed my wife and I a chance to check it out. You'll spot the trailer as soon as you pull into the community center. They have a board with the daily breakfast sandwiches and the speciality lattes. All of them sound so good it was hard to pick! We each got a sausage egg and cheese on English muffin and they were tasty. Drink wise I got the Pumpkin Pie Guy and it was a fantastic pumpkin seasonal coffee! My wife got a wild cherry mocha they recently posted on their socials. She enjoyed it but did think the cherry flavor came through a little odd. Besides speciality lattes/coffees they also had normal coffees and some energy drinks with flavors available too. Overall very good coffee trailer, that is worth checking out! I wish my schedule could align with theirs better to allow me to grab a drink from them more often.

They have set up shop at Riverbank Park in Westbrook. Currently look for a small white trailer with a flag saying coffee and their hours appear to be from 8am-6pm. The thing that sets this trailer apart from others is they are Middle Eastern inspired so you can expect some unique flavor offerings. Following them through social media is what really caught my eye of their posts and stories they shared of people enjoying their drinks. They make some eye-catching photo worthy drinks that's for sure! Especially the Tiramisu Latte with the ladyfinger on top and everything making it look like a dessert rather than a drink. The owners were so nice and friendly and made us feel welcome as we stopped in early morning Sunday! I went with an Iced Tiramisu Latte while my wife got an Iced Biscoff Latte. Both were made as beautifully as the pictures made me think they would be. The taste for both was nailed as well! A fantastically unique coffee trailer that I am glad is located so close. We had in our mix a variety of eaters, including gluten avoiders, vegetarians, and omnivores, and we all were full of food and of compliments.
