Today was finally that day we did. Street parking nearby was easy and while not busy it had friendly patrons who were hitting it off and making friends, showing it to be a friendly inviting space. The staff greeted us right away with a smile. We came down for the Mocha Madness event they were doing. My wife loves mocha so it was a no brainer. For this week they have 8 different mocha drinks available and each is going head to head bracket style and winners are based on sales. Great concept and many great flavors to pick from. My wife ended up picking the Rose Mocha and I got the Hazelnut Mocha. If we were more local we would have made a plan to try them all and actually determine our favorite of the 8. We also grabbed a bag of coffee beans to enjoy at home! They also had a local candle maker selling his candles so a great example of local supporting local. They had a long line and many people waiting to check out their drinks. Their trailer stands out from its shininess so should be easy to spot. They had some signature drinks available as hot or iced including Lavender Vanilla Charcoal Latte, Maple Cacao Latte, & Vanilla Matcha Latte. Besides those they had some more classic options as well as a couple organic teas available hot or iced. My wife and I both got the Lavender Vanilla Charcoal Latte. Was delicious and highly recommend trying it! Do not let the charcoal scare you off, just enjoy the health benefits it offers. With them being a newly opened coffee/drink trailer I think they were overwhelmed so drinks took a little bit of time. No worries though because you could tell just how hard the two were working and were so friendly and welcoming. They do have breakfast offerings but we only grabbed drinks. Both members of staff (possibly the owners) were extremely friendly and gave us an extra minute to figure out what we wanted. Made us feel very welcome because of their kindness. They offer all the drinks you'd expect both hot and iced and lots of flavors available to add. Then also they had some seasonal Valentine's Day specials available as well. My wife got an iced mocha and I got an iced latte with toasted marshmallow flavor added. Both were well made drinks that we enjoyed. They did not blow us away but would be no complaints if we got them again. The whole interaction, from rolling up to rolling away with our goodies, took about 7 minutes. They had gluten-free bagel options which was a wonderful surprise, but they also were out of quite a few things - many types of bagels (both gluten-free & regular) & flavors of cream cheese. My bagel was about as good as any gluten-free bagel can get. I took a big whiff of my BFF's regular asiago bagel & it smelled fantastic. The iced lattes were a big hit & got us through the next 4+ hours of sitting in holiday weekend traffic. I would definitely come back if I was in the area again & I recommend this spot for anyone who is passing by on a road trip or becoming increasingly cranky without caffeine.

The current special was "Hey Bay Latte" which was a bay leaf, orange zest, and brown sugar. I thought it had a great combination of flavor and was well made. My wife got an iced mocha latte and enjoyed it. It did not become her new favorite but thought it was a solid version. To go along with our drinks I grabbed a chocolate croissant and my wife got a piece of their rosemary kale & pepper quiche. Both of these were tasty bites but do wish they would have been warmed up. Not sure if this would have been an option as they did not ask if we wanted them warm. Only real knock against the food was that. Good variety overall of food options. They are huge supporters of local creators and had a handful inside with jewelry and pottery available for sale. Great to see local supporting local! I know chai is different at every coffee shop but this one was so spicy and had a thick gritty texture at the bottom of my latte and I actually couldn't drink it. They have taken a vintage camper and transformed it into the coffee trailer. First stumbled upon their social media which has some great videos showing off the process of transforming it. The inside has been drastically transformed to allow them the space to make drinks while keeping the beautiful vintage aesthetic outside. They have a ton of what you'd expect any coffee shop/trailer to have for drinks and some specials too. They had just opened when we arrived so the only option they were waiting on was the drip coffee to warm up more. My wife got their iced berries and cream matcha special and I got their special iced maple sea salt latte! Both were phenomenal and the two inside the trailer were very friendly and welcoming. A great first experience and look forward to finding them again and trying them again! Hope they have much success as the newest coffee trailer in Maine!
