Coming from out of state, I didn't really have any way to get the bagel open. They told me to use their plastic knives which is what I tried to do but due to the elasticity of their bagels it made my car a mess. Cream cheese is sold separately in a glass container which is kind of annoying. If you are ok with them just throwing the bagel in a bag, and if you live nearby and are able to fix it up, great! But if not, it's kinda just a mess and not worth it.

Today, we indulged in blueberry muffins and fruit parfaits (both of which the kids devoured and I personally enjoyed as well), a ham and cheddar breakfast crepe (absolutely amazing!!!), and avocado toast (my wife, who has celiac, was quite disappointed in aside from the onions) for food. To drink, my kids were able to get juice boxes (apple and fruit punch). I got the iced dulce de leche latte, which was pretty good though had a little bit of a different flavor that took some getting used to. My wife got the Maine maple latte, which she said was really good. Being dedicated gluten free, they definitely have some challenges, especially with baked goods, that most places don't have to deal with, so I'm willing to cut some slack here. All in all, there's definitely some gems here but other things could use a little work. We'll definitely go back but maybe not our first choice to go out of the way for.

Maybe it was the coffee, maybe it was the addition of sugar free vanilla, but I didn't drink it. The ceilings are extremely high. They most definitely should have some noise-dampening panels or something to make it a bit quieter in there. There was a family there when I went that was treating this small coffee shop as a daycare, which made my experience even more disappointing. The screams were echoing throughout the cafe, and I ended up sitting outside for peace and fresh air. The outside seating area is nice. Overall, not a great first experience for me, but maybe their food is better than the coffee?

Looking for a Saturday morning coffee and breakfast sandwich we decided to finally check it out. Parking lot has plenty of spaces. Once inside you will see it is quite small in size, but does have a small amount of seating for those looking to eat/drink there. The menu boards were overwhelming at first but a large majority of it is their lunch sandwich/wrap offerings. I did appreciate the options you can choose from bread wise and other customizations you can make. Drink wise my wife went with The Lavender iced latte and I got the iced Snickerdoodle. Both were extremely flavorful and were well made. Either one and I suspect any of their other drink would be a no brainer to get again. Breakfast wise we each got a sausage, egg, & cheese on a bagel. Which those came out steaming hot and were made well too. Will need to return to give their breakfast burritos a try! Service was friendly and both food an drinks arrived quickly. Also another note on service, when originally ordering they forgot to discount us for a BOGO deal they have going but when I went up to grab the drinks they said they removed one of the drinks to make it right and apologized. This will be a spot my wife and I will return to for both the drinks and food. We did end grabbing 2 of the 3 window seats and do wish it had no painting on the windows so we could watch outside better. It's a space that isn't trying to be over the top or blow your mind with the vibes but they deliver delicious food and good drinks for you with friendly and fast service.

I stopped here for a bagel earlier this week and it was very satisfying. I got an everything bagel…read morewith egg, herb cream cheese, and turkey bacon. It was a scrumptious combo and I thought the bagel itself was a very good bagel. Each addition is a bit pricey - $4.50 each for the egg and turkey bacon, for example. In general for their own specialty bagels or for a combo of three things you make yourself, you're looking at a $15+ bagel. However, said bagel also comes with an enjoyable ambiance. It's a bit indie/cutesie/intentionally lighthearted but very enjoyable. There are window seats to look out on to the street and a whole separate large room of tables that would make for a good place to get some work done if that is the goal. There is sweet gift section with the Russ & Daughters story/cookbook, t shirts, and clever hand-designed cards. The service was hit or miss - one employee was very attentive, another seemed annoyed to have to serve customers (although in a NYC deli, after which this place appears to take its inspiration, a little grinchiness perhaps makes the experience more authentic). All around, a few small negatives, but I really enjoyed my bagel and its surroundings, so five stars. UPDATE - I went back a second time and got basically the same thing minus the turkey bacon ie a bagel with cream cheese and an egg, and an iced coffee. Came out to about $15. I think their prices are just unreasonably high unfortunately and the egg the second time around fell flat.

That was extreme for a bagel truly. It was a Sunday morning so I'm sure that's a busy day for them but still. Almost an hour for one bagel is a lot.

Made us feel very welcome because of their kindness. They offer all the drinks you'd expect both hot and iced and lots of flavors available to add. Then also they had some seasonal Valentine's Day specials available as well. My wife got an iced mocha and I got an iced latte with toasted marshmallow flavor added. Both were well made drinks that we enjoyed. They did not blow us away but would be no complaints if we got them again. So while they did not become our favorite coffee spot we would return and leave happy and caffeinated. Worth giving a shot if you are nearby and want a quick drink!

We giggled when we saw it. Truly the silliest coffee shop I've ever seen. "Shack" is the appropriate word. The employee at the drive-thru window was friendly & helpful. The whole interaction, from rolling up to rolling away with our goodies, took about 7 minutes. They had gluten-free bagel options which was a wonderful surprise, but they also were out of quite a few things - many types of bagels (both gluten-free & regular) & flavors of cream cheese. My bagel was about as good as any gluten-free bagel can get. I took a big whiff of my BFF's regular asiago bagel & it smelled fantastic. The iced lattes were a big hit & got us through the next 4+ hours of sitting in holiday weekend traffic. I would definitely come back if I was in the area again & I recommend this spot for anyone who is passing by on a road trip or becoming increasingly cranky without caffeine.

They have an extensive coffee menu and use their own roasted beans. I went with a standard coffee but did upgrade to maple syrup for my sweetener. (Anyone who knows me knows this alone won me over!) And, if you eat in - your coffee comes in a beautiful real mug! They have decent bakery case which is stocked with pastries from Two Fat Cats and bagels from Rose Foods!
