    Chai and latte

Cute eccentric little cafe for breakfast! Guy at the register was super friendly and service was quick. There was quite the line but honestly worth waiting. I had a chai and my friend had a vanilla latte. Both were great! I haven't had a chai in a while and this scratched the itch would definitely come back to try some of their bagels.

    Brisket breakfast sandwich Iced Bombon

Best breakfast sandwich I've ever had and I've had so many. This was a special Monday sandwich with egg, brisket, cheese, hash brown and chili crisp ketchup. Nicest, most chill guy running the place. A total "bro". The food is immaculate. The Bombon had great flavors and high quality. Personally wasn't my type of flavors but I still enjoyed it. My girlfriend got an Iced caramel latte that was well made, just the right amount of sweet. If you are in the area, you must come here. If you don't, you are making a mistake and missing out for the rest of your life.

This is an unassuming off the beaten path establishment and well worth a stop in if you don't mind a 10-20 min wait to order. There is no real menu displayed for food stuffs (except a hand written sign up front) but breakfast sandwiches are offered . We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, 1 egg with cheese and meat, the eggs cooked as requested. My understanding is the meat changes daily so we got one bacon and another with the meat of the day (a Mexican steak which was fantastically flavorful). Both were served on a brioche bun. I heard hash browns and other add ons are possible so be sure to listen and ask. There is also a display case with fresh baked goods which went fast! The barista had his hands full with coffee orders, but he was so friendly and entertaining, treating each customer like he or she was the only one there. The iced tea was a delicious blend, the breakfast sandwiches were so satisfying, and the walnut iced cake (or was it pecan?) was to die for! Quirky, casual and and welcoming atmosphere. Outdoor seating available. We walked here, but on street parking and clean restroom.

This coffee shop has raised the standard so high that most other coffee shops can't live up. Ben makes everyone feel right at home while whipping up fantastic lattes and breakfast. I only wish we lived closer so we could check in each week!

Great local coffee shop stopping on the way home to Boston. Ben replied, "Sometimes we all have to go back to Massachusetts." It's a cozy, funky shop with 90s decor and a local favorite. Ben, the owner, was amazing, humorous, and a fantastic conversationalist. There was a decent line, and overhearing the conversations at the counter, it seems like he knows everyone and everyone knows him. They've been open for 4 years and hopefully will continue to grow. I was really looking forward to the delicious breakfast sandwiches pictured, but they are only available on the weekends. I probably wouldn't have stopped here if I knew that in advance, but I'm glad I did anyways. I ordered one of the best Chai Lattes ever, along with a bagel and shmear. My friend ordered a latte and a turnover. Fantastic service, drinks, and food. Highly recommended. Ambience: 5/5 Food: 5/5 Drinks: 5/5 Dog Bar Jim: 5/5 P.S. In Fall '22 they are currently hiring. Thank you Ben + team!

Let's start at the beginning- Just because the roll-down…read moredoor is closed doesn't mean the bagel shop is closed. That was my first error as I went by this place a handful of times. It's wasn't until I saw someone emerge from the double doors to the left of the roll-down that I realized that the business was open. Not that they need any help getting people inside (it was HOPPING) but a sandwich board outside perhaps would show that the business is open inside? I went in and immediately everyone was friendly and chipper. Ordering was simple enough but be prepared, they sell through some things, understandably as this place is very popular. I got an espresso and a toasted herb bagel with plain cream cheese. Ive been all over Bath, Brunswick, Rockland, and Camden and was convinced that the New Englander's palates were shot. Not a single business has served me a decent espresso. Not a single one until I stopped at Dutchman's. FINALLY a bright, clean shot that doesn't taste like someone put a cigar out in it. Everyone needs to take notes. THEN we get to the bagel....didn't think I was about to have the best bagel of my life, yet here I am. Light, toasted, slightly chewy but not heavy... jeez. Can we talk about the space? It's gorgeous. Airy, cool, industrial...but the people running it make it feel homey. We can talk about the restaurant they're putting in next door too but let's be realistic, if they use any of the blueprint they're currently operating off of, they're not going to have any issues (Omg the pizza oven!) The view alone will stop you in your tracks. I'm all in on Dutchman's. I bought the merch. I have a tee shirt and a beanie and the only reason I don't have a hoodie is because they were sold out in my size. What else is there to say... 10/10 No notes.

As soon as I walked up I was bummed to see they had no egg or cheese, which is what I was planning to order. Instead, I went with the Turkey Lurkey. It's not something I'd typically order but it was delicious. It was a bit messy so eating it in the car was a mistake lol. I also got a cold brew coffee. My order was $17 for those two things, which is expensive, but the quality of the food and coffee was very good and I'd much rather give my money to this business than a large corporation like Starbucks. I saw another review give 3 stars because they are comparing their bagels to NY/NJ style bagels. I'm originally from NJ, and yes I prefer those style bagels, but that is NOT what Dutchman's is going for. These are Wood-Fired bagels, and yes they do have a more bread like texture but I thought they were delicious and made for perfect sandwich bagels. I went on a Thursday morning and there was no line so service was quick. I was in and out in about 10 mins.

The wait wasn't long and the staff was already cracking jokes and very pleasant. If it's any indication of how much the customers love this place, in line I listened as a regular was offering to bring by his own soil tiller for a barista. Got a Reuben at 7:00 in the morning and it was delightful. Very specifically, the bread was buttered and toasted perfectly and it was a great portion! The chai was also nice, very well balanced. The ambiance of the coffee shop is lovely, bright, light, some nice music, the lounge is a nice spot as well! Overall, this was a delightful start to my day, I will be back soon!

We ordered two turkey sandwiches and a tuna salad on a bagel, so nothing cooked, besides the toasted bread. While waiting about 25-30mins for our food, it got really hot inside. I looked up at the built in fans/vents in the ceiling and noticed they were filthy. I was afraid if I had asked for air to be turned on, that dust would have shot onto people's food! There was also a situation where the man behind the register needed a choice made by an elderly customer that had already taken a seat. She shouted out the answer to his question and he responded rather loud and rudely for her to "Next time come to the counter! I don't like yelling across the room!" (Or something to that extent) Whatever it was, it seemed really aggressive and unprofessional, not to mention disrespectful. The sandwiches were good, had fresh ingredients, but I'm not sure this place was throwing the right vibes for me to revisit.

There's a reason we keep coming back - the food and service. The ambiance is ok. Basic tables and chairs and some "circus" type of decorations on the wall. They have a pretty consistent menu that really hasn't changed, at least not that I have noticed. They have "signature" sandwiches or you can build your own. They have hot and cold deli sandwiches available. They also have wedge fries that are oven baked. Family favorites; Sonny's Supreme and the classic italian. I also also love their breakfast sandwich options. They have a cooler of beverages. My favorite is Fresca. A soda I never have at home and I soda I always buy when I can at a deli. Pairs perfectly. Don't sleep on the sweets for sale by the register. The cookies and whoopie pies are usally tasty. The staff seems consistent - hardworking, customer service oriented and nice to interact with. They keep the simple dining area as clean as they are able - during the lunch hours during the week - this place is always packed!!! Wow...it's great to see and hope this means this buiness will stay around for years to come. Parking - many parking options within .5 mile from the location. They have a very large menu and after sifting through it a bit, I chose "The Big Top" which is a pastrami Reuben. I, personally love Reubens and was excited to try a variation that was the namesake. I was ultimately dissapointed that the sandwich wasn't served on Rye bread and was considerably smaller than the sandwiches my coworkers got. The sandwich itself was tasty but the juices from the sauce made the bread soggy by the time we made it back to the office (short drive). I'm not sure if I made a bad decision or if my review accurately reflects the quality - I won't be going back unless I'm sitting down to eat the sandwich right away and I won't be getting the "The Big Top" again.

Quite a large space inside and a handful of tables outside to enjoy the nice weather. They had a section on the menu called the MET Artistic Lattes which was their version of specialty flavored lattes. This caught our eyes. My wife went with the Falcon Pride (chocolate & white chocolate latte) and I went with the Vanilla Bean Dream (white chocolate & vanilla). Drink wise they were both pretty good!
