    Brisket breakfast sandwich Iced Bombon
    Gabriel H.

Best breakfast sandwich I've ever had and I've had so many. This was a special Monday sandwich with egg, brisket, cheese, hash brown and chili crisp ketchup. Nicest, most chill guy running the place. A total "bro". The food is immaculate. The Bombon had great flavors and high quality. Personally wasn't my type of flavors but I still enjoyed it. My girlfriend got an Iced caramel latte that was well made, just the right amount of sweet. If you are in the area, you must come here. If you don't, you are making a mistake and missing out for the rest of your life.

This is an unassuming off the beaten path establishment and well worth a stop in if you don't mind a 10-20 min wait to order. There is no real menu displayed for food stuffs (except a hand written sign up front) but breakfast sandwiches are offered . We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, 1 egg with cheese and meat, the eggs cooked as requested. My understanding is the meat changes daily so we got one bacon and another with the meat of the day (a Mexican steak which was fantastically flavorful). Both were served on a brioche bun. I heard hash browns and other add ons are possible so be sure to listen and ask. There is also a display case with fresh baked goods which went fast! The barista had his hands full with coffee orders, but he was so friendly and entertaining, treating each customer like he or she was the only one there. The iced tea was a delicious blend, the breakfast sandwiches were so satisfying, and the walnut iced cake (or was it pecan?) was to die for! Quirky, casual and and welcoming atmosphere. Outdoor seating available. We walked here, but on street parking and clean restroom.

This coffee shop has raised the standard so high that most other coffee shops can't live up. Ben makes everyone feel right at home while whipping up fantastic lattes and breakfast. I only wish we lived closer so we could check in each week!

Great local coffee shop stopping on the way home to Boston. Ben replied, "Sometimes we all have to go back to Massachusetts." It's a cozy, funky shop with 90s decor and a local favorite. Ben, the owner, was amazing, humorous, and a fantastic conversationalist. There was a decent line, and overhearing the conversations at the counter, it seems like he knows everyone and everyone knows him. They've been open for 4 years and hopefully will continue to grow. I was really looking forward to the delicious breakfast sandwiches pictured, but they are only available on the weekends. I probably wouldn't have stopped here if I knew that in advance, but I'm glad I did anyways. I ordered one of the best Chai Lattes ever, along with a bagel and shmear. My friend ordered a latte and a turnover. Fantastic service, drinks, and food. Highly recommended. Ambience: 5/5 Food: 5/5 Drinks: 5/5 Dog Bar Jim: 5/5 P.S. In Fall '22 they are currently hiring. Thank you Ben + team!

The coffee was excellent but more than that the barista was super nice and knowledgeable. I love the pecan cake!

Time and Tide in Biddeford. Since I was there I had a cup too, because why not. It was decent, but maybe just the slightest bit weak? Or maybe not. Lots of fancier options too but I don't go for those. They have a selection of baked goods. I think they're all from other small local businesses, not made here. I had a lemon blueberry scone with the coffee which was outstanding. Delightfully light in texture, not heavy or greasy, and not overly sweet. Lemony of course and the blueberries were plentiful, tangy, and small. I'd guess they were wild Maine blueberries (frozen of course this being April) but I'm not sure. A maple glaze completed this masterpiece. They didn't forget the chocolate lovers. A very dark enormous brownie called to me but reluctantly I passed. Maybe tomorrow. It annoys me when bakeries don't have any chocolate offerings. From the hand pie selection I chose a Carrot, Leek, and Goat Cheese for later. Also outstanding. The crust was flaky, not dry, subtly buttery, and just the right thickness for the filling which was generous. (It made it all the way to the edges, which many hand pies do not.) Decorated with thyme leaves. The filling was sweet, which I thought was just from the caramelized leeks but I read on the wrapper that sugar is also an ingredient. Just the right amount. The carrots were "rainbow", in several colors, and very pretty. Pretty expensive at $8 but for the size and quality I'm glad I got it. The place is very small but looks like a comfortable place to hang out. A few small tables, walls decorated with painted flowers and vines. The counter people were nice and thanked me for coming in. Customers were mostly engrossed in conversations, not absorbed into their devices. Even though it was just a quick stop for take-out I enjoyed my visit.

Looking to have a nibble and a mocktail or cocktail with friends? The Abbey has it (and more). The vibe: relaxed, warm, mid-modern meets minimalism, gorgeous stained glass windows, lots of natural light pouring in, the most comfortable seats you've ever sat in at a high top, lots of wood and greenery, a playlist that makes you stop and lean in. It's a cozy place that makes you want to stay a while. The drinks: I tried an iced cardamom latte with oat milk and it was fantastic (if you've ever had the vanilla cardamom cold brew coffee from Trader Joe's, it was an elevated version of that). I've also had a couple cocktails - since they make their syrups in house when they run out, they run out and your drink might be unavailable... BUT the staff is exceptional at making alternate recommendations and even making totally off menu drinks entirely! The food: Several (clearly labeled) vegan options! We tried the muhammara (a housemade dip topped with spiced walnuts, chickpeas, and three half slices of toasted sourdough) and the hummus plate (housemade and topped with marinated chickpeas and a drizzle of olive oil, accompanied by six naan wedges). LOVE the quantity of both dips, but wish there was some other dipping vessel outside of (the sometimes stodgy) bread. A little heap of rainbow veggies would be amazing! While the muhammara was a bit more liquidy than I've had elsewhere, the hummus was thicker than I was expecting. Solid shareable options regardless! (Grab a seat, order at the counter, and they'll call your name when your drinks are ready so you can go grab them; if you've ordered food, they'll bring that to your table. It was confusing what the clean-up situation was, several of us just sort of walking back to the bar with our plates and cups.) Excited to return again!

It's the kind of sandwich that makes you pause mid‑bite and go, "Wait... this is really good." I looked up at the built in fans/vents in the ceiling and noticed they were filthy. I was afraid if I had asked for air to be turned on, that dust would have shot onto people's food! There was also a situation where the man behind the register needed a choice made by an elderly customer that had already taken a seat. She shouted out the answer to his question and he responded rather loud and rudely for her to "Next time come to the counter! I don't like yelling across the room!"
