    Rosemary sea salt bagel

This was a cute bagel stop but very busy. They were already out of 4 bagel flavors by around 9:30 am. I wasn't a fan of the bagel itself because it was very chewy and hard to bite. If you like more "fluffy bagels" I wouldn't recommend this spot. Overall the flavor was present, but I wouldn't go back.

If you're a bagel lover like me, Rosemary Jalapeño Cheddar and Sea Salt Sebagel in Naples, Maine is a must-visit. Their hand-made bagels are absolutely delicious, and the house-made chili crunch cream cheese is next-level fantastic. The flavor combinations are bold, fresh, and unforgettable. There's plenty of outdoor seating, making it a great spot to enjoy a slow morning or sunny afternoon. A heads up--they often sell out on the weekends, which is no surprise given the quality. Easily one of the top spots on my New England bagel list. Solid 9/10.

This is the place you want to be for fresh baked bagel's! They offer some outside seating and additional parking in the back. They have a weekly special flavor of cream cheese and bagel, but sell out fast. Check them out!

Just wanted to do an update that I've gone several times and they never have vegan cream cheese available. I had suggested at the very least vegan butter. The bagels are delicious either way but only vegan option is peanut butter. Coffee is yummy too & they do offer oat milk.

Sebagel could not be in a better physical location! About three miles from the turn onto State Park Rd heading into Sebago Lake, you're going to want to stop here before heading to the beach for the day: the bagels are fresh! the coffee is great! the service is outstanding! While the space is obviously new and sparkling clean, they've done a good job making it still feel somehow like an old Maine cabin. Always appreciate a map highlighting all the local vendors a business uses, and currently Sebagel is supporting a whole bunch from literally one end of the state to the other! I've had the Everything and the Rosemary-Sea Salt: 1) THANK YOU, Sebagel, for adding seasoning/flavor to both the top AND bottom of the bagel. Why don't more places do that?! 2) The Everything bagel is more onion-y than others I've had. Not a bad thing! It's fun that everyone's Everything is unique, but a heads-up in case you're onion sensitive. 3) My partner loved the bagel texture, he thought it gave "pizza dough" vibes. Do with that info what you will. 4) They currently are offering an unflavored Kite Hill as their vegan cream cheese option for non-dairy folks. It would be nice to see them invoke the old Maine Bagel (RIP) approach and offer plant-based cream cheeses that they themselves add flavor to: a chive, a veggie, a chili crisp, etc. 5) Skip the cream cheese per bagel, and order it by the tub if you like your spread embarrassingly thick (... I do, so no judgement). It's a better deal anyway. Pretty good bagels, friends.

Fresh and delicious! This homemade bagel shop is a hidden gem. The bagels are perfectly chewy with a crisp crust--everything tastes fresh and made with love. Definitely worth the stop!

Quick and friendly service and some of the best bagels I've ever had! I had the rosemary sea salt and my fiancé had the everything. We will definitely be back to try some of the other flavors. Happy to see this option in the Lakes Region.

Let's start at the beginning- Just because the roll-down…read moredoor is closed doesn't mean the bagel shop is closed. That was my first error as I went by this place a handful of times. It's wasn't until I saw someone emerge from the double doors to the left of the roll-down that I realized that the business was open. Not that they need any help getting people inside (it was HOPPING) but a sandwich board outside perhaps would show that the business is open inside? I went in and immediately everyone was friendly and chipper. Ordering was simple enough but be prepared, they sell through some things, understandably as this place is very popular. I got an espresso and a toasted herb bagel with plain cream cheese. Ive been all over Bath, Brunswick, Rockland, and Camden and was convinced that the New Englander's palates were shot. Not a single business has served me a decent espresso. Not a single one until I stopped at Dutchman's. FINALLY a bright, clean shot that doesn't taste like someone put a cigar out in it. Everyone needs to take notes. THEN we get to the bagel....didn't think I was about to have the best bagel of my life, yet here I am. Light, toasted, slightly chewy but not heavy... jeez. Can we talk about the space? It's gorgeous. Airy, cool, industrial...but the people running it make it feel homey. We can talk about the restaurant they're putting in next door too but let's be realistic, if they use any of the blueprint they're currently operating off of, they're not going to have any issues (Omg the pizza oven!) The view alone will stop you in your tracks. I'm all in on Dutchman's. I bought the merch. I have a tee shirt and a beanie and the only reason I don't have a hoodie is because they were sold out in my size. What else is there to say... 10/10 No notes.

As soon as I walked up I was bummed to see they had no egg or cheese, which is what I was planning to order. Instead, I went with the Turkey Lurkey. It's not something I'd typically order but it was delicious. It was a bit messy so eating it in the car was a mistake lol. I also got a cold brew coffee. My order was $17 for those two things, which is expensive, but the quality of the food and coffee was very good and I'd much rather give my money to this business than a large corporation like Starbucks. I saw another review give 3 stars because they are comparing their bagels to NY/NJ style bagels. I'm originally from NJ, and yes I prefer those style bagels, but that is NOT what Dutchman's is going for. These are Wood-Fired bagels, and yes they do have a more bread like texture but I thought they were delicious and made for perfect sandwich bagels. I went on a Thursday morning and there was no line so service was quick. I was in and out in about 10 mins.

I would be giving this a 1-star if it was purely based on the staff interaction alone. Tell me why the tween at the register closest to the entrance when we ordered a little after 10AM today is smiles for miles with me, but when my wife asks if they have lattes or flavored coffee, this girl gets short with her? Also we really need to drop calling women "ma'am." I have not met a woman that likes that. So when this tween says "no ma'am we don't" in an annoyed tone with her how do you think she took that? My wife is 26 for context- so why some girl that is probably only a few years younger thinks that is appropriate is beyond me- it even made her cry after the interaction. In all my years of customer service I have only called women "miss." So anyways- this girl was rude and she should learn that you have to treat all parties equally- man or woman, and let them ask questions without being rude. You are a cashier- that is part of the job. If the business cares to track this, I have attached a photo of the receipt for you so that you may tell this girl that sort of behavior, no matter how large or small the interaction, really put a damper on someone's day. Think before you speak.

My other friend got a vegetarian open faced sandwich which thankfully she seemed happy with. I got a side latke (ok) and an egg sandwich on a croissant and it was pretty yummy. Phew! We all found it to be cold in the restaurant. Lastly we bought various desserts to go. They looked amazing but were far from it. We sadly threw 1/2 of them in the trash! Nothing worse than spending good money to eat out and the general feeling is "just ok".

I had wanted to add pickled onion but saw it was $1.95, so I skipped that. We both got sea salt bagels, cream cheese-requested on the side, and add ons of bacon, at $2 each bagel. We received 1 bagel with bacon. Cream cheese was on the bagels and it was very little, parts of my bagel had no cream cheese at all. I guess that's why it wasn't on the side because then it would have been a decent amount. I kind of feel bad writing bad reviews and complaining, but I tipped them 15% and everything is so expensive now (ie. the pickled red onions). The bagels were $7.90 each for a bagel, very minimal cream cheese and bacon add on. I was going to leave 2 stars but the bagels were edible & 1 of the bagels was almost the correct order, & when my husband called & told them, they said they would refund our $2, so I landed on a 3. Hopefully we do get the refund because we don't have it as of writing this. I just wish I could re-do the tip amount. It's like giving a reward for not doing your job-anyhow, check your orders before you leave! Even though we live in Biddeford, we will be getting our bagels at Forage in Portland in the future.

I didn't see a menu but they had loaves of bread, everything bagels, cookies, muffins, scones and cupcakes that all looked very good. I can attest the blueberry muffin is very good because I got one in addition to my ham, egg and cheddar breakfast sandwich. The breakfast sandwich menu on their website is a picture that you need to zoom in on to read. There are a bunch of options with steak, ham, bacon, various cheeses, garlic mayo, etc. but I went for a basic ham, egg and cheddar on one of their homemade English muffins. It was honestly one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had. The ham is sliced from the hock and not a measly thin deli slice plus is was still hot when I cracked into it at home. My husband got the steaky steak which he also said was potentially the best he's ever had and would give it a 5/5 for taste and 4/5 overall because of how messy it was. Definitely one that you can't put down after you pick it up. We definitely want to try other options next time. Some sandwiches come with a hash brown on it!
