Gary walked us through their process, portfolio and what options were available to us. He understood our theme and produced a white and gold themed topper cake which was spot on. My wife LOVED it and it. Unfortunately my wife and I were not able to have the cake for our wedding reception as we had to cancel due to a major incident impacting several of our Maine towns, but Gary was patient and willing to still make the cake despite their store being shut down for 2-3 days due to the incident. We pushed the due date for the cake to be ready, out a few days and when my wife picked it up, she LOVED it and complimented him several times on how he hit the theme with colors and the simplistic design. This year I opted for a Boston cream pic cupcake selection for the Boston cream pie lover in my life. The inside was a yellow cake base with the standard Boston cream in the middle and a hardened chocolate shell over cream on top. I made a special request for some lettering and they came packaged in a box that allowed for complete stability of the cakes. I accidentally left them out in a cold area prior to serving but they turned out totally fine! I would have normally done a regular Boston cream pie but circumstances made cupcakes an easier option. Will be trying the full cake next time. Definitely recommend if you're in the area -- ordering, customizing, payment, and pick up were all insanely easy.

She delivered the finished cake to our church the morning of the wedding and had it all decorated to perfection. We ordered a 3 tier wedding cake and each layer was a different flavor but all were equally decadent. The bottom layer was a vanilla cake with strawberry/raspberry mixed filling, the middle was a coconut cake with chocolate ganache filling and the top layer was a coconut cake with the strawberry/raspberry filling. The favors of each layer were the right amount of sweet, you can tell she is an artist in her craft. We will absolutely be ordering from her again!
