The guys showed up right on time with their truck and all the things you need to move. They packed up the truck carefully and quickly. They got right to it. Just got done with the move and I had the 2 remarkable gentleman help me with my move. It was from a first floor apt to another first floor apt, literally one mile away from each other. We didn't have a dining set, couch, or huge TVs, but we did have two biggo mattresses, dressers, and 30+ boxes of things. These guys pushed finished the move under three hours, an impressive feat. I gladly tipped them with their 3-hr min charge, and would do it again. Hire these guys IMMEDIATELY. If could give them 10 stars, I would. My mom moved from OC (Irvine) to San Diego and Max, Michael, and Antin/Anton did phenomenal job as movers. From the start when my mom was looking for quotes, Movers Best made it easy for her. She told me she could tell over the phone that they are genuinely great guys and that they were the right choice for her move. They were extremely careful, and patient, and thorough with wrapping items in plastic wrap including mattresses, sofa, loveseat, glass pieces, piano, etc. They also were caring and friendly and maintained a positive attitude the entire 12 hours they were assisting and moving us. They were also extremely kind, courteous, and respectful. They really put me and my mom at ease. Several times, we had items that they took the trouble to bring out that needed to go back into the truck and go to the second location (our move was complicated) and they really outdid themselves to remain patient and understanding during a chaotic and hectic day. Everyone knows that moving is challenging and can be stressful. These guys know exactly what they are doing, are 1000% on task, and will impress even the most discerning customers. Not recommended. My usual guy that my family and I use for moving was not available. We are on a time crunch between the wedding, honeymoon and having to move from the last place we were living in. Four movers showed up on time. As the day went on, all four of the men looked like they were struggling moving the boxes/crates. My parents and I constantly saw them on their phones. Since I'm paying on an hourly basis, I did not appreciate them stopping to take phone calls. We bought them lunch and took a break mid-day which the company told us that it would be off the clock. At the end of the day, they tried to charge us for their lunch break initially. They changed the time once we said something. My biggest reason for 1 stair - they broke things but DID NOT SAY ANYTHING! We didn't notice until after they left. (1) We went back to the old condo to clean and noticed they broke one of the window shutters. (2) They ripped one of the handles on the bags that contains blankets. (3) One of the four silocone pads were missing from the side table. They should have noticed when they put the glass back on the table. (4) I still can't find the basket that was hooked next to the vanity table. No clue what they did to it or WHY EVEN TAKE IT OFF! It was a small basket. We had to constantly follow up with the company because they kept saying that they will get back to us and then NOTHING. It took OVER a month to get this settled. If they were honest and said something when it happened, I wouldn't give one star. However, when you shove things under the rug hoping no one notices, now that's a problem. read more

I had these guys move my 3 bedroom house to a 4 bedroom house about 10 miles away and they were amazing. I would definitely not have been able to do this without them. They were on time. They worked fast, and were very careful. They wrapped up everything, provided extra boxes, blankets. and even disassembled the baby crib and large pieces of furniture. We hired Mover's Best to move our apartment and they were as efficient as they could be! We moved from our studio apartment to our home one city over and it took 3.5 hours. I'm only taking off one star because they were an hour late and didn't give us a heads up until we called them, but assuming positive intent, they were trying to finish the other job as quickly as they could! Due to a miscalculation from Movers Best management of the amount of household items we had to move, all of our household items would not fit in the too small truck that was provided. We were then forced to hire a second truck from your Movers Best, for additional monies, and then had to wait 19 days for the second truck to arrive with the remainder of our household items. We were told to have a Cashier's check ready for Movers Best when they arrived for the remaining balance owed to them. We were subsequently told by the driver of the truck that he does not represent Movers Best and only would accept cash. That was not our agreement with Movers Best. The driver, who does not work for Movers Best, than fraudulently deposited the Movers Best Cashier's check into his account with his cell phone. That is a Federal offense and he can go to jail for that action. With the exception of the actual original Movers Best Driver/packers (Amir and co-worker friends) of our home from the first truck, the whole experience with Movers Best was completely unprofessional. I found Movers Best on Yelp and couldn't have been happier with my decision to use them. They arrived about 15 minutes early on the day of the move but apologized and assured me they could wait until the agreed-upon start time (without any additional charge), which was most appreciated. I was moving my belongings out of storage so everything was already wrapped when they arrived. My two movers - Sake and Oscar - were very careful with my belongings and made sure to ask me if items were fragile as they loaded up the truck. They also did a great job of unloading my belongings quickly & efficiently and assembling whatever furniture I requested help with in my new home.
