Jeremiah's communication heading into the move was excellent and Mike and his team arrived right in the window they said they would. As soon as I gave them the rundown of the place, they wasted ZERO time and got straight to work - all the way until the last item was carried into the new place. Heading into this move, I was worried about taking apart our bed frames and putting them back together. Mission Movers took care of it at no extra cost. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. They also could've charged me for a full 4 hours but charged me to the exact minute they worked at 3.75 hours. Not to mention it was also a really hot day and they powered through it without a single complaint. My wife and I have said several times that we don't know how we would've done it without Mission Movers. I know exactly who I'm hiring for any of my future moves. 10/10 experience! They arrived on time within the estimated timeframe and were prompt, prepared, and ready to work. I was moving out of state from California to Nevada and originally hired two movers. Unfortunately, the second mover had an emergency and had to leave early. Sergei, the driver and mover, stepped up and handled the rest of the move completely on his own. Sergei was a true professional. Despite the challenges of the apartment complex, including navigating long hallways, elevators, and a large amount of furniture, he completed the pickup in about 2.5 hours entirely by himself. He then delivered everything the following morning and completed the delivery in approximately 1.75 hours--again, all on his own. I honestly couldn't believe how efficiently he worked. He had the strength, energy, and determination of two people! This was especially impressive considering we were moving during extremely hot weather, with temperatures in the upper 80s to 100 degrees in both locations. Sergei remained professional, hardworking, and focused throughout the entire process. I truly couldn't have completed the move without him. I also really appreciate how easy and transparent Next Moving makes the quoting process. Being able to get a quote online with clear pricing made it much easier to budget and took a lot of the stress out of planning an out-of-state move. Highly recommend. Professional, highly capable, friendly and easy to work with plus their services are reasonably priced. Also love the "one stop shopping" aspect. Sharilin recommended and managed the movers, and u-haul and freight shipping services to get items family members wanted within CA and out of state--- a great relief and help to me. Sharilin and her crew provided packing supplies and handled much of the packing and unpacking for moving mom.... including putting mom's things in place at her new home--- plates in the kitchen cabinet, toiletries in the bathroom, etc. All went well and my family totally happy with their work and agree PMP is wonderful. It was easy to book, the workers were great, and efficient w moving our supplies. I think one thing that could've been communicated better were the kitchen supplies. I had asked for them to also pack them, but toward the end of the service, they suggested I bring them in our vehicles so that they didn't break in their transportation which could also add up extra time to pack and ship. Not an issue, just something to note. Also, the mattress that we had asked to cover w our personal mattress cover was instead bent and shrink wrapped.
