We started with the Pulled pork/mac and cheese balls. Delicious pulled pork mixed with Mac and cheese rolled in cribs and deep fried to a golden brown served on top of cheese sauce and green onion garnish. What a special treat perfect opening appetizer. My son and I both had the three meat plate with pulled pork, brisket and beef sausage. It was served with an outstanding tangy coleslaw, a pretty darn good piece of cornbread and I had the baked beans which were perfectly sweet although very slightly dry. The beef brisket had ONE good quality, it was juicy, after that is where it went completely down hill. ZERO flavor, none, it was extremely thin, almost 50/50 meat to fat cap ratio. No smoke flavor, no seasoning, nothing. Almost like it was boiled to tenderness. This is where this review went from 5 stars to 4. Brisket is meant to be heavily seasoned and put in the smoker. All in all Fork and Fire still puts out great food although be prepared to pay. Over $100 for lunch for 2 with tip. But with beef what it is today it's getting harder and harder to find good deals.
