Im being generous giving this place two starts. We just left and asked for a refund. First the girl at the front had no customer service skills. Our order was messed up, we order salad bars and the lettuce is black. I asked for new lettuce that never came out. We also ordered wings that were just slapped on our table, no expression or asked if we needed utensils or napkins or anything. Just blank stares. We go up to the counter to have our pizza corrected and she says oh this isn't yours?? I asked about the lettuce and she's questioning me like the lettuce aint black!!??. Finally we just left and got refunded. They said they were "busy" but all the employees were walking around with no sense of urgency. Like they had all the time in the world. We have always ordered from Mountain Mike's and have never had a bad experience until tonight. I placed an ordered online for pick up at 8:17pm. 1 small cheese pizza and 1 large pepperoni. My confirmation said it would be ready at 8:33pm. I arrived at 8:45pm and was told by Eloise that they received a bigger order after mine and they called me to cancel my order. I asked why? She couldn't answer me. I asked to speak to a manager and the other lady Divina said they don't have a manager. I asked her to call her manager and was told Erika the manager would call me tomorrow. This was the worst customer experience. Don't waste your money at this establishment. On top of all this, Divina called a man to come to the location to try to intimidate me. read more

Food is good but customer service is horrible. I thought id give this place a second try after my first bad experience but I ran into horrible service again. I ordered a pizza with wing and mozarella sticks . The pizza came out within 15 min we sat and waited 50 min for our sides and they never came . I asked the girl in the front and she said we will put them right in as they had forgot . By this time We finished our pizza so asked for a refund since there was no reason for side orders anymore and manager said they couldnt refund only give a next time credit. They didnt give me a gift card or anything just a small scratch paper saying credit back which i am now regretting after reading more reviews saying they do not honor that. DO NOT ORDER THE WINGS. I went in to order food to go with my boyfriend we got wings and a small pizza. The pizza was okay but they put the wrong sauce on the wings. They told me it would be another 20 minutes to remake the wings and it wasn't there fault. I decided to just keep the wings and continue with my errands I needed to run. Safety standards are LOW! Let me begin by saying I believe in second chances. I have a gluten allergy(not a preference thing), so I was super exited that they offer a gluten free crust. For a while I would order pizza with out any issues. A couple months back I received a pizza that was not gluten free, needless to say it caused me to become very ill very quickly, I called and spoke to the manager and he stressed that it was a mistake and apologized, stating he would speak with employees. I was hesitant to order again, and didn't post a review because mistakes do happen, I let it go. Yesterday I finally ordered from the same location again, I stressed the fact that I had an allergy and to PLEASE check the order as there was a mistake last time. I was assured not to worry..... when my pizza arrived I took a bite and knew they had prepared regular dough. I called to make sure I wasn't mistaken, after a long hold the response I got was "no one knows who made it.... so ya they messed up sorry". Another pizza in replacement was offered and delivered at no cost, however I don't believe this covers the negligence of happening twice! I did an online order for 60.00 which consisted of 1 large pizza, breadsticks and potato wedges a simple order... so I thought. An hour and forty mins later no delivery. So I call, immediately get placed on hold. I tell the girl when she finally picks up that I ordered over an hour and a half ago. She places me back on hold and comes back to say I'm sorry but I messed up your order. Do you want to have it re made and sent to you? Wow, thinking why wasn't it already fixed and sent out it's been nearly 2 hrs so I responded no thank you and asked to be refunded because it's already getting late. She says ok I refunded it and it will take 7-10 days . Ummm no confirmation? Not only did I not get my food but now your holding my money for at least a week.
