Not sure why it wasn't ready, there was only 1 customer there. I waited about 10 minutes (which makes my lunch break that much shorter). Finally get my food and go back to work. As I begin to eat, I see a hair in one of the boxes!!! I write a complaint email since I dont have time to go back & throw away my food. The corporate office apologizes & says to wait for the location to reply. I never hear from the location so the corporate office again apologizes & offers me a discount on a future order.... Who would even think about going back to eat somewhere that had hair in the food? NO THANK YOU! What a waste of money.
