The drive-thru has no ordering speaker -- just a doorbell you're expected to ring. I pulled up, waited about a minute, rang the bell, and sat there for about five minutes with no response. I rang it again, and instead of someone politely acknowledging the wait, an employee named Jennifer yelled from inside, "You continuing ringing the bell will not make me move any faster! Wait!" There was no greeting, no apology for the delay -- just attitude and yelling. If you're going to offer a drive-thru with a doorbell system, at least respond professionally. Customers should not be spoken to like that for trying to place an order. Very disappointing and completely unprofessional. Management needs to address this. read more

Our family was excited to see a sit-in in Pizza Hut! It's such a rare thing to find that we ended up giving it a try to eat dinner here on a random weekday. There was plenty of parking in the plaza, and even though all the staff were busy handling the online and mobile order in the back, we waited for maybe less than 5 minutes until we were helped. It might be that we came in on a weekday, but it was empty inside. There were some people who would come in and pick up an order, and they'd leave. We were the only people who were actually dining in, lol. We ordered the build your own large pan pizza with marinara, topped with sausage, bacon, and mushrooms. The grand total was a bit above $30. So I went online, placed the same order for pick up at the same location, and the total was $18 and some change. Omg. The difference!! I went to a staff member and brought it to their attention, and they said that placing an order online would be cheaper than placing the order in person, over the counter. The staff that helped me was super helpful. Everything worked out on my end. But wow. Why would Perria have a dine in location that would charge almost double the prize? Why would anyone want to place an order in person?! And eat there? It seems so backward to me. The actual pizza, when it came out, was delicious! We love pizza hut pan pizza, and of course, we will get more in the future! The bread was criapy on the bottom and so fluffy with lots of cheese and generous amount of toppings!!! This was just such an odd experience overall because the food was great, but again, why not order take out? And just enjoy the pizza at home? You'd be saving more $ in the end. Oh, and the soda station had 80% of the options OUT OF ORDER. So the inside ambiance is not so welcoming. I love Pizza Huts Pizza. Even this time around I had an awesome meal. The staff on the make line are very hardworking, and professional. There are several employees who work hard at the registers as well, but there were a few employees who decided to be very load, unproductive, unprofessional, and just plain old annoying. Customers do not need to know that there is drama between the employees, and that certain employees are talking crap on other employees. It is just ridiculous. Food was great fresh made quickly Employee on the other hand basically told me to be quiet because the work environment was to loud and he couldn't hear me ordering he said hold on shhhhh. Also I ordered 5 cups of water and he literally stood on the edge of the counter to make sure i got water. Has he never seen people just want water. Hes lucky I didn't say anything. You can tell when someone takes pride in their job! I was assisted by Mark this afternoon. When I pulled up to the drive thru I seen him saucing my wings and making sure they were tossed really well. He was very polite and helpful with answering my question about sauce. My pizza and wings are amazing today and I believe it's due to this employee taking pride in his job and doing an amazing job with his customer service skills. Driver didn't even knock on my door to deliver the pizza he just sat in his car then left . I had to call them and hour later to find out they canceled my order because I didn't answer my phone. Customer service at this restaurant needs to improve. I had a hard time reaching someone over the phone. The third time I called, they just hung up without saying anything. When I finally reached someone, I explained I was outside (waiting ten minutes past pick up time ) to pick up my online order, they sounded very annoyed. So it's been a while that this Pizza Hut has struggled. My mom moved to Perris about 15 years ago. We used to always order from this Pizza Hut and boy did they keep letting us down time and time again. It's been recently brought to my attention that either new management is in the house or by some crazy miracle they have changed their ways and are always meeting our expectations. Before the restaurant was dirty, the delivery would take FOREVER and the food was almost never right. Now, I am happy and impressed with their service. My sis, mom and I have been ordering perhaps once or twice a month and the food almost always arrives crazy super quick and is right! Food is hot as if they took it out of the oven and brought it directly to us. I know this may be something normal for some people and should be what we come to expect of pizzerias that deliver. I truly feel this poor pizza hut had some rough years and now are really trying to regain their loyal customers. I ordered one $10 Dinner Box and two P'zolos (One "meat trio" and one "buffalo chicken".) from the online ordering system on the Pizza Hut website. My order was ready when I arrived (I think I gave them 30 minutes instead of the 15 minutes the website was telling me to wait for.) It took a couple of minutes of standing around before someone came to the cash register to help me as the person that was currently in that area was on the phone with a customer. The employee that helped me didn't greet me or anything, but I was fine with that. The transaction went smoothly for me. My order was correct and warm. I didn't notice any undercooked areas in the food. I thought it all tasted pretty good. They did not cut the cheese sticks for my order, but the pizza was cut well enough.
