Not even kidding; ordered over the phone for pick up. Asked for specials which were essentially $16 for a single pizza and a soda or $23 dinner boxes (smaller pizzas) so we just order 2 large pizza with 2 toppings each, one stuffed crust and with service fee they're asking $50!!! For two large pizza!! I asked about their online deal is a 3 topping large pizzas for $9.99, and was told those are online order only. This place is a joke. About 6 years ago everything changed around. Prior to that I used to go every Friday with my family. I haven't gone in 5 years until today. I got a heart shaped pizza for Valentine's day. I hate that place even more now. They don't honor the promos that are on TV and the quality is terrible. There is currently 5 of us here at Pizza Hut and we ordered two medium pizzas but was only given one. We even made sure to say to make BOTH of them Medium please. We got very poor service when they only had one table dining in when we arrived and had three tables unbussed . I ordered delivery from this location and the service was bad. I will never do delivery again. They were 25 minutes late from what was projected online and I was less than a quarter mile away. So, I've had mostly positive experiences ordering from this Pizza Hut for lunch meetings. I work for a General Contractor and our jobsite is located on a school campus, since we have a few large-scale construction projects we are working on. I have had deliveries to the same location multiple times and just got a call from the "manager" who had a really bad attitude - she told me that they can only deliver to the front office and this would be the last time, even though I have never had an issue. I explained that I have never had an issue previously, and she didn't want to hear it. Congrats, Pizza Hut Perris, I will make sure we NEVER use Pizza Hut for luncheons again. My recent experience at this Pizza Hut was a very positive experience. This is one of the few Pizza Hut's sit in restaurant, salad bar and drive thru window. Usually before I eat at a restaurant, I look at Yelp reviews and then proceed to go inside despite the yelp score. The reason I do this is so I won't be surprised by the level of service I am expecting. Contrary to other Yelp reviews, this Pizza Hut was completely different. We were quickly sat, and quickly received service. We took over 15 minutes to make up our mind and everyone the servers would come and laugh because we weren't ready. We then finally made our decisions and ordered. About 15 minutes later, our food came out and it was exactly what we had ordered. The crust was cooked right, even distribution of toppings and near perfect cut slices. The wings however, were weirdly flavored (lemon pepper), I wouldn't recommend them! We told the waiter and without hesitation offered to make us a new batch, this time we went with spicy BBQ and they did not dissapoint. During our meal, the shift manager came to check up on our table. Never have I met a manager so passionate about his job. He told us that with him what matters is service vs speed. He will rather have the food come out slower but exactly as ordered without the need to make a pizza all over. I agreed with him, and told us about his desire to become a store manager. I believe that this store needs someone like him in charge, with his drive and determination, and value of customer satisfaction. Ordered 6 pizzas and the estimated time delivery was 1.5hrs. Of course it would take about 2 hours. When I called when I gave it a 15min delay, they tell me they had 3 orders before and tell me it's on it's way at the moment. Wth man. A heads up would've been nice to know of the delay. But of course they wouldn't know any decency of notifying their customers, they wouldn't want you to patronize their store. Here's a tip: it's common courtesy to give a reach-around when your screwing your customers like that. Free bread sticks would've been nice. Or at the very least an apology. Utterly ridiculous. Apparently they are in Sacramento and take calls to place an order when you call your neighborhood pizza hut. Now i wouldn't even give this place a star if i didn't have to. Very disappointed that our two small pan pizzas, and 6pc wings took a drastic period of time . It took 30 minutes for the wings, and 20 for the pizza , not to mention the dishes weren't clean & you could tell the sterilizing machine ran out of soap by the mildew smell, and also spots on the mini spatula. Customer service was terrible and also, it would be sanitary if those handling the food would wear gloves. This was a childhood resturant of mine, i am very disappointed that it has come to this. Disgusting , and the employees do not clean the tables as soon as a customer leaves , instead they leave the left over pizza bread, plates and cups for the rest of the current customers to stair at, you guys have got to do better !! Amazing crust. It was fluffy and the edges were crispy. They were very fast and polite. The dinner box was perfect for my family of 6. The only thing that they need to fix is their prepackaged peppers and cheese. They only gave us four packets of peppers and four of cheese. I placed an order for med pepperoni pizza and 16 boneless hot wings. It takes them approx. 1:45 minutes (thats one hour and 45 minutes to deliver) This store refuses to hire extra employees so that the service is more prompt and right. My order shows up about an hour and 45 minutes later. Pizza is cold, i'm missing my blue cheese i paid for. the hot wings are cold also. I called store a person on line says they can remake, but only if we didn't touch pizza. I have a 9 and 10 year who waited 2 hours for dinner. NASTY! The order was 4 pizzas, bread sticks and a garden salad. Don't know what the black thing was in the ice. The TVs don't work. The pizzas were greasy, thin, tough and burnt. We had people in our party who could not eat pork. The beef pizza had pork on it! The salad came out last, only one choice of dressing.
