The pizza, chicken wings, and service by the employees were all above expectations. I, my wife and kids were so pleasantly impressed. Specifically Managers Cesar, Cassandra, and Raul all are genuinely cordial and helpful in their own way as they took their time to make our food order so delicious and adviced us of the 'specials of the day' which saved me about $20 dollars. Would NOT recommend carry out at this place. I placed an order for a single 2 topping large pizza and when it said it's ready on the app, I came and they said it would be done in a couple minutes. 20 minutes later, apparently it was still in the oven. 40 minutes later they said that they had to remake the pizza. What happen to the butter garlic crust? 3x now we ordered thinking the 1st time and 2nd we accidents on us not adding or taking away something on the menu to make them forget the butter garlic on the crust but nope. Preordered using the app 1 1/2 hour's ahead of time so it to be delivered by a certain time. Well I get a message my order is out of the oven and ready to deliver. 30 minutes later I called asking where it was and was told it's still sitting there waiting to get out. I ordered pizza and chicken wings from here last night and I am not happy with the food or service!! I ordered 4 pizzas and (2) 8 piece chicken wings with Mango Habanero sauce. Estimated deliver was 29-39minutes. After an hour and a half, my food arrived. The cheese pizza did not have any sauce (I didn't find out till after I called the manager because my sister ate it in another room) and my wings came with Ranch. I called the store and spoke with Ivan, who I was told is the general manager. I explained my issue to Ivan and he promptly offered to replace my whole order of chicken wings. I thanked him. After another hour, nothing was delivered. While all of this may sound petty, the fact remains that I ordered a sauce for my chicken wings that I cannot readily get elsewhere. Ordered online today and was quoted 25-30 min. We had to wait over 2 hours. We checked a couple of times because it seemed like they didn't even get our order. We were told it was in the oven at 45 min after I ordered. Then after 2 hours of waiting, I finally got the update on the app that our food was ready, just to be told by the so called manager that they gave our food to someone else. I couldn't believe it and the attitude from Lilliana was awful. She rolled her eyes and was very rude. Honestly, I think I had more of a reason to be frustrated than she did.
