Pizza Guys has officially become our family's Friday night tradition! We used to order from another pizza place for years, but once we tried Pizza Guys, there was no going back. The quality of their pizza is SO much better, the cheese, crust, and flavor are always fresh and delicious every single time. The customer service is also fantastic. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. My kids absolutely love their pizza and now request Pizza Guys every weekend without fail. We live right around the corner and decided to give Pizza Guys a try today. I am bummed- my experience doesn't match other reviewers. Our pizza was awful. Experience: Walked in, it's just a counter and a kitchen. It seemed pretty clean inside. The service was very friendly (the star is for the service). We ordered a large one topping (pepperoni) for 17 dollars and change with tax. The price is high, but that's okay, we are expecting a homemade pizza that tastes better than Little Caesar's or Dominoes. We came back in 15 minutes and it was ready. Pizza: Crust was thin, but not at all in a "delicious-crispy-pizza-oven-crust-kind-of-way". The dough was dense and extremely rubbery and hard to chew. I think the dough was either old, poorly made with wrong flour to water ratios, or very over-proofed. Sauce: not very much of it, not very flavorful. Hard to taste. Cheese: not much at all. Several pieces seem to have no cheese in the middle or top, just wet dough. Pepperoni: okay tasting, lots of it, very greasy Bake: Very over-baked to the point of blackness. I'm pretty bummed. I want to ask them to remake it and give them another try, but if the dough is the same, I'm not sure it's worth it? I'm sorry to say, but LIttle Caesar's Pizza is way better than this. Ordered a chipotle chicken pizza sub tomato sauce and a garlic lovers pizza. After bringing it back home I find out that the sauce wasn't subbed out, and then my garlic lovers pizza is missing half the toppings??? Where are the green onion, tomatoes, and cheddar? I got the pizza an hour before closing, so I'm assuming whoever was working didnt want to prep my order and just made it with what was out. I've eaten at this location and it's usually good, but just overall what a disappointing experience for what I paid for. read more

Stopped by Pizza Guys and was seriously impressed. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the service was fast without feeling rushed. I ordered the combo pizza and they absolutely loaded it with toppings -- no skimping at all. Everything tasted fresh, the crust was just right, and the overall quality was better than most pizza spots in the area. The pizza guys is located by the orangecrest town center. Right next to chipotle. They are the new kids on the block and have received a warm welcome. Making some delicious pies and sides it can easily become a town favorite. Service was good but needed some fine tuning. Understandable when you're getting started. Ordered over the phone, smooth process. Welcomed when walking in, picking up was easy. Had to go back for the sauce they forgot. I think the pricing is a little on the higher end. So being a new place it may not draw the locals as a first choice. Pick up only. No indoor seating. Had some pizza and their garlic rolls. The garlic rolls were good and a lot. Loved the quality and taste of their pizza. I placed my order over the phone and walked in exactly when they estimated it should be ready (I set an alarm on my phone) and within a minute of walking in the door they were calling my name. It's a great idea giving away the free pizza to get everyone talking about the new pizza place in town and shows that they're confident in their product. They also included some coupons for the future and another card to try their cheezee bacon rolls. Their pricing is on the high side for me but they also offer coupons and periodic deals so I'm sure I'll be back more than once. Pizza Guys is so GOOD. Ordered the classic pepperoni and it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The sauce of pizza and the cheese with pepperoni go perfectly well together.
