I noticed that two two-liters of soda haven't arrived and the DoorDash app's ONLY option was to cancel the whole order. I didn't want to cancel the whole order as that would take away the store's revenue and my nice driver's tip so I called the store. I asked them if they could just remove the soda from the order but they insisted that they bring them to me. The two people I talked to on the phone were once again SO nice. A driver named David came to bring the two soda bottles and yet again I was met with kindness even though it was probably a pain to drive just for some soda.
