The restaurant was extremely overcrowded, and the chairs were so close together that they kept hitting each other whenever people tried to get up or walk by. The music was completely inappropriate for a family restaurant. Some songs contained racial slurs and explicit language, making it an uncomfortable environment for children and families. The food was bland, lacked flavor, and had an unpleasant smell. Even worse, there were no clear allergy labels on the food. My father has an egg allergy, and we specifically asked an employee whether a dish contained egg. We were told it did not, but afterward, my father became seriously ill and spent two days throwing up. This was extremely concerning and could have been dangerous for someone with a food allergy. A restaurant serving a buffet should take food safety and allergy awareness seriously. Customers should be able to trust the information provided by employees, especially when it comes to potentially life-threatening allergies. Between the overcrowding, inappropriate music, poor food quality, and serious concerns about allergy safety, this experience was unacceptable. We will not be returning, and I would strongly encourage management to improve the dining environment, food quality, and allergy labeling procedures.

I decided to give Mountain Mike's another try tonight since my friends love the Pineapple Chicken Luau and encouraged me to order again. The first and last time we visited, I did enjoy the pepperoni, as did my boyfriend, so I was looking forward to it. Unfortunately, I was disappointed again. I specifically ordered pepperoni as an additional topping, which came with a $2 charge, yet there was no pepperoni on the pizza. As shown in my photo, the topping was completely missing. I understand that mistakes happen, but when paying extra for a specific item, I expect it to be included. It's frustrating to have this issue, especially when trying to give a place another chance. I hope the restaurant can be more attentive to orders in the future to avoid similar experiences for other customers. read more

Stopped by Mountain Mike's for a late lunch and had a great experience. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The service really stood out- the cashier was warm and inviting, and took the time to explain how everything worked. I decided to go with the lunch buffet, and the cashier even offered to make any special pizza I wanted (a really nice touch!). I just stuck with what was already on the buffet, but it didn't disappoint. The all-you-can-eat pizza and salad were both fresh, and new pizzas kept coming out regularly, even though there were only a handful of people in the restaurant. Overall, great service, good food, and a relaxing atmosphere- I'll definitely be back. read more
