We used to go to that location a lot because it was close to our work. But since COVID and dog sitting, the hubby and I were no longer in the area to enjoy our favorite pizza. Whoever is making the pizza needs to slow down and read the tickets better, first time a mistake was made I understood, made another pizza for us and gave us the wrong one. Second time I ordered I had not received an email saying they received my order so I called, asked if they got it, yes they did I then asked if the jalapeños were put ton the side, I was told verbally over the phone yes they were! Great thank you! I get there they go to give me order and realize they did not put them on the side! So the girl on the phone never looked!! It was a holiday weekend understaffed like everyone is super behind on orders and no manager or owner there to help! Yes they made me another one, I placed first order at 6:03 they made me wait didn't put it in right away, i did not get home until 7:30! That is horrible service! other people were coming in and waited over the 45 min time they were told online for order! I get it everywhere is understaffed then hire people! Lots out there looking for jobs! Also have extra staff on hand knowing it's a holiday weekend and people are going to order pizza! Went there today around 1:30 and ordered a half pound of bbq wings and a mini pizza. the flavor is overall good but the portions were terrible. The wings I got were extremely tiny and definitely not half a pound worth for $8.00. We waited almost 30 minutes for our food only for it to be sitting in a warmer in the back the whole time while the cashier walked past us multiple times and knew we were waiting for our food. read more

New place so I can't be too tough but having run many new restaurants these guys have their work to do. Walked in a ordered a simple medium pepperoni pizza to go and waited an hour for our food. While I was there it was pretty much chaos. Lots of door dash waiting 45-1 hour for their orders, pizzas sitting on the counter near the register for half an hour, seemingly belonging to nobody, chaos in the kitchen, etc. One thing I can say is those young kids worked their butts off but had no training and zero management/direction. The food was decent. Not remarkable but I'd go back to have it again. This place has potential but ownership needs to step in to steady the ship. If it keeps going this way you'll lose customers. 3 stars, mostly for effort. Btw- the young lady at the register was a doll and really tried hard to keep things in check. read more

I was very excited the try this establishment. The pizza looks absolutely delicious in the photos. The food is good, however my modifications were completely ignored. I ordered the Pineapple Chicken Luau on half the medium pizza with Pepperoni and red sauce. BBQ sauce was provided, not the requested red sauce. I also didn't receive any Pepperoni, however I was charged an extra $3 for this missing topping. I ordered no olives on the other half of the pizza and noticed on the email confirmation that "No" was color-coded in red; they got this right - no olives on the pizza. This establishment needs to color-code all the modifications as well if this is what works. read more

Last night we ordered a pizza online for takeout, website said it would be 30 minutes. We got there nothing is ready - that's fine my husband and I are patient we wait almost an hour. They are under staffed, denying walk in orders, and only delivering one pizza order at a time. We get it - they are crazy understaffed so we're patient. We get the food my husband walks it to the car and I notice hey that pizza box looks small, are you sure that's a medium pizza..... we open the box and NO PIZZA! It's a pizza box with two pieces of buttered French bread. Lol we knew they were busy but trying to send us home with some French bread and no pizza seems pretty low - just tell us you can't make it and refund us don't try to rip us off. My husband went back in and they refunded us but with little apology. Only said they were "understaffed" - don't know how that gives them the right to send us away with some French bread in a pizza box but ok.... Needless to say we won't go back. We did have a really good laugh about getting two pieces of bread and no pizza but that wasn't worth the wait or the money. read more

Not my first time being here. I really like the pizza they taste good. But what I don't like is the workers attitudes they're not nice and I saw one of them eating wings in the back near the food. Not sanitary. I ask for tomatoes on it and this is what I get (picture below) there's some chopped up tomatoes, then slices of tomato which I didn't even specifically ask for, and it's cold tomatoes why would ANYONE want that . Did they think this would be funny? I go in to ask her about it, and she told me some people like it like that. She could've verified that's how they do it. sorry, I hate to leave a bad review for a local Brea establishment that I was rooting for, but 2nd visit here, and most likely never again. I ordered via the app just two small pizzas at 11:40 AM and received email confirmation saying it would be ready by 12:14 PM. It's 12:30 PM now and I'm sitting here waiting in the restaurant. What's worse, the girl at the front counter kept saying "it's coming out now," yet it never comes out. after her fourth time saying that, I asked her how many minutes left, she said one pizza is done and the other one is being made...?? they don't make and cook both pizzas at the same time? She also asked me my name three times and I am the only one in the restaurant??? One couple was waiting outside before I came and came in to say they were going to leave if they don't get their pizza. I guess at least it's equal opportunity bad service here lol. food-wise, one pizza was cold while the other was still warm. explains that one was already made and just sitting there waiting for the other... my first visit was decent, probably because I visited shortly after their grand opening, ate in the restaurant, and it was during the work week. I love this place. A friend from church bragged about it, so the first time I met Ingrid and the pizza was awesome for lunch. I took a buddy of mine the second time for dinner, and I think it was Kelly who was the cashier. The salad bar was delicious and this place seems to sparkle whenever I'm there!
