Giant Reno Sparks - Bike looks good

From helping me find the right Giant Mountain Bike, putting on the kick stand, adding slime to the tires, adding the front and rear head lights, water bottle cage, bike pump holder and adding an extra bike tube to the fix it kit bag...and then if that wasn't enough, for a nominal fee, delivered the new Mountain Bike to Lemmon Valley. This sleek mountain bike was a birthday gift from the family, for a very lucky 17 year old. This is a local and reputable bike store. I had a great bike shopping experience, that I know I will go to look for a bike, for myself in Spring. Thank you again to Manager John, for going the extra mile with Outstanding Customer Service. I will always recommend Giant Bicycles Reno-Sparks.... off Disc Drive. Julie A

The owner John was very nice, made a few suggestions, and all in all did a great job on our bikes. Also fixed the gears so they move and switch like new. The bikes are like brand new right now. Bikes have become quite expensive over the years , the average good bike being from 500 to 1000 dollars! So mine are here to stay. Will bring them back again if anything needs to be done. So far so good. thanks John....

Kiwanis is amazing!…read more I highly recommend visiting them. They have great staff and prices for used bikes. I am all about reusing old bikes. They take great care of rebuilding old bikes and I really love that about this place. Next time I am in the market for another bike this is my stop. We got an old kids bike from a relative and I remember that Kiwanis can resort old bikes. I thought we could give it a try and man was it ever a great idea. I will definitely be back. I like supporting local shops and especially non-profits. If your looking to get an expensive brand new bike this is probably not the place for you. But if your looking for a good bike for a reasonable price, this is an amazing place to go. I am just super happy with their service. I can't say enough about the great service and treatment we got. Obviously, treat others the was you want to be treated but the gentlemen who work on the bike was outstanding and very polite. Again, I highly recommend checking them out. Just amazed at this place. They have plenty of parking and the location is not on a busy street which is nice. Also, I saw people there fixing and tuning their own bikes. I think they have classes there for that. I am not sure but it is a good way to learn and do your own maintenance on your bicycle. I am definitely considering on taking a class or two. That is all I could think of for now. Thanks for reading my review.

I wouldn't recommend this place, the staff is rude and unwelcoming. Its a simple as that.read more
