Ahhhh, so happy to find a good cleaner in the new neighborhood! After we moved I wasn't sure I…read morecould find a replacement for my old cleaners, but I actually found a BETTER one! Unlike a lot of the dry cleaners in the DFW area this guy still does his own laundering, dry cleaning, and clothing repair/tailoring. The front of his store is really small (just for dropping off/picking up) but you can see into the back where he has all of his equipment. I like that he does it himself because I know he's going to do a good job to keep my business, and he can get it back to you on the same day! Some really unique things here are that he prints you out a price list for items when you're a new customer and explains his process that he checks the directions on clothing and always does what is the biggest cost benefit to you (i.e. if he can hand-launder something instead of dry clean it, he will). My bill was almost half of what I used to pay and everything looked phenomenal! He even caught a broken button on my husband's shirt and told me that he was going to hold that shirt back until his wife could mend it with a matching button. He also has really good deals which he posts on his front windows, the one right now was any size comforter for $15.99! AWESOME! I'm so happy to have found Q Cleaners and they will have my business as long as they are IN business.

Warning - Do NOT take your leather goods here!…read more I brought my 100% leather coat (purchased in Italy) to Royal Cleaners to have it cleaned and stored. Before leaving it, I specifically verified with the manager that they were able to properly clean real leather. She confirmed that they could. When I picked it up a week later, the coat was completely ruined -- the leather was faded, there was a hole in the front, and the sleeves were damaged. When I showed the manager, she said she didn't have to inspect it when it returned from the outside company that actually did the cleaning. I requested the name of the company they used and their business insurance information from both the manager and owner. They refused to provide it. Even my attorney attempted to get the information, but the owner still refused to cooperate. I eventually had to take them to small claims court, but the judge wouldn't review all the photos, emails, or attorney letters. The judge stated I should sue the company that cleaned the coat -- even though Royal Cleaners was the one who hired them and took responsibility for the service. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. If you value your leather or designer items, do not take them to this cleaner.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel people should know about my experience…read more I dropped off a pair of shorts to be hemmed and my wife's blouse. I was told they would call me with a quote before doing the work, but they never did. Instead, I received a text saying my items were ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was shocked to find they charged $20 to hem a single pair of shorts--shorts that only cost me about $25 to buy. I would never have approved that price had they called me as promised. They also charged $7 just to cut my wife's blouse, even though I had asked about having it properly hemmed. I asked them to keep the blouse and hem it correctly. When I returned, they wanted to charge me another $22 to hem it. I asked them to apply the $6 credit that the husband had already agreed to after acknowledging my concerns, but the wife argued with me and refused. The most frustrating part wasn't just the prices--it was the lack of communication. If they had called me with the quote as promised, I would have declined the work before it was done. In my opinion, the pricing is excessive, the communication was poor, and the customer service left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a cleaners, and I won't be returning.
