It's extremely frustrating, and given the other positive reviews here about their service is extremely surprising. For a company that prides themselves on service, I'm surprised they use an answering service and do not publish a direct line to reach them. And even with the answering service, not returning multiple calls and emails is pretty bad service. I hope they can address this, I'm always rooting for small businesses over the big guys.

There are NO utilities/services I have ever dealt with in 40 years that don't allow you to cancel their service then pro-rate the amount you owe up to cancellation. I would counsel anyone thinking about getting this service to look elsewhere.

Half our house does not have internet ( it's not that big ) and they paced the router and said we would have service though the whole house. We are now moving out do the area and when I called to cancel service I was told we had 2 year contract and there would be a fee to cancel. We new we would not be here for two years and I specifically asked the sales rep for a month to month contract. All and all an awful company and experience. If you can't get another provider I would recommend calling your cell phone company and getting a hotspot. It'll be much more reliable and cost-effective.

He said he'd see what they could adjust on the tower and get back to me. They never got back to me. I called them again and asked them if they had found a solution. The tech I needed to talk to wasn't there. I was assured that they would call me back that same day. They didn't Months later I found an unlimited mobile hotspot service that's faster and less expensive. I'm guessing they have too much business heading their way and just can't handle all the demand.

I run a small business and every time PON fails to provide dependable service, my business and my clients suffer. There is NO WAY to get in touch with these people, so overall, I cannot recommend their service and will soon be moving to another email service provider.
