R-Tech came into these rural areas and created a solution when no one else wanted to. Still there are little to no other options. The fact is it's DIFFICULT to serve these rural areas, and Kris was ingenuitive enough to figure out a way. The tech found a clear line of sight due east of my place. Unfortunately all the antennas on that tower were pointed either North or South. He said he'd see what they could adjust on the tower and get back to me. They never got back to me. I called them again and asked them if they had found a solution. The tech I needed to talk to wasn't there. I was assured that they would call me back that same day. They didn't Months later I found an unlimited mobile hotspot service that's faster and less expensive. I'm guessing they have too much business heading their way and just can't handle all the demand.
