Two promptly came back with bids within 24 hours. One, Bay Alarm set expectations they needed more days and even a weekend to prepare the bid. The weekend came and went without a bid showing up. By Thursday afternoon, a week after the other bids were in my inbox, I called in only to find out the service technician was still working on it. A week after he said we'd have it to us, and long after the others had arrived, still working on it. It made me pause. Naturally I was wondering exactly how long it would take them to call the police if my newly installed security alarm were to go off in our home? There were 30 existing installed speakers throughout the inside and outside of the house, some of which had never been used. He suggested we try a Sonos bridge system, which we were unfamiliar with at the time. He educated us on the simplicity of wireless HiFi home audio streaming and told us he could organize our speakers into zones that could stream different music in different rooms simultaneously. We tried the system and were hooked right away with the ease and versatility of the system and the music quality. Most recently, he installed a high-end T.V. for us and a Sonos soundbar which gives us great audio and can be combined with the existing speakers to create a surround sound effect. We love it. Ryan has tutored us on how to use all of our gadgets and we can call him for help and he will walk you through the glitch.

Their quote was higher than other dealers but the assurances they gave to fix everything got us to select them. They came in and replaced a lot of hardware saying it was needed to make the system better. Granko did the hardware work and one task out of 12 and then refused to finish the job but wanted to be paid a $5,000 balance on a $13,000 quote. Then they insisted on getting another $15,000 to finish the work they promised would be done in the first job and even more money for other work. We refused to pay the bill until the work was completed as agreed and the owner's wife threatened collections and court. Then when we refused to pay because they would not make it right, our entire system crashed and was not operatable for 5 days. Turns out they installed software to allow them to get into the system remotely which they did not have permission to install and they concealed it from me and did not provide the passwords to the system. We know that Granko turned off our system remotely because they said " Gee we can fix your system easily, just pay the bill for the work you say we didn't do!" We had to pay a network company to come in and reset the wifi system and remove the secret access that Granko installed. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE MISREPRESENTING CAPABILITY, AND DON'T KEEP THEIR WORD. THEY REFUSED TO COMPROMISE AND THEY OVERESTIMATED THEIR WORTH. THEY GIVE US A BIG STORY AND DIDN'T LIVE UP TO 10% OF WHAT THEY PROMISED. WE ARE SUING THIS COMPANY TO RECOVER OUR LOSSES AND HAVE OUR SYSTEM RESTORED BY ANOTHER COMPANY AT GRANKO'S EXPENSE. This company is a ripoff and can't be trusted. They tell you one thing and do something else. Our system is slower and crashes now than when they started working on the system. AWESOME Service!! My…read moreLiberty safe manual tumbler dial combo stopped working after 14 years and I couldn't open it. I called Liberty Safe and asked what to do. They told me a locksmith with the right tools can drill under the dial, line up the tumblers, open the safe and epoxy the hole up afterward. Not looking forward to the epoxied hole, I called Sunshine Lock & Safe to see if they could open the safe and fix the dial combo problem. Avi the owner said no problem and we set up an appointment. The following day he called to let me know he was on his way and he arrived according to plan. He was able to get into the safe without drilling and upon checking the dial combo parts inside he showed me that one of the tumbler disks was actually falling apart. He offered me the option of replacing the dial lock with an electronic lock which I readily accepted. Avi has a LOT of experience, has done many high end jobs with commercial-level safes and knows his trade extremely well. I was an aerospace engineer for over 40 years and I had a lot of questions while watching him work. He's very personable, doesn't mind talking about his trade and has a vast amount of experience which he didn't mind sharing. Very interesting man and clearly an expert at his trade! Spending just over $300 for Avi's new electronic lock, his effort and quick training on the new lock operation was money WELL spent, when considering spending just over $2000 to replace the old safe including removal & disposal.
