The internet company I had before was unreliable and service was intermittent for the cost I was paying. I was referred by a friend to Brian at Two Rock LAN. He has been a lifesaver!! He removed all my old equipment and spent the day with me hooking up new internet service and cameras. We rely on Alexa devices for lights throughout the house. We now have EXCELLENT internet and there is no hesitation when asking to turn on lights. Our internet does not drop continuously either! I am VERY HAPPY with Two Rock LAN! Brian is my forever hero!

I loose service and call them and they have no information and promise to call when they do, but of course never call, no apologies, no refunds, nothing. Any other service I've had where that happens, they can't apologize enough and refund you more than the value of what you lost. When I decided to cancel them, they informed me that I still have to pay for 30 days! This was apparently buried somewhere in tiny print in their contract. There are NO utilities/services I have ever dealt with in 40 years that don't allow you to cancel their service then pro-rate the amount you owe up to cancellation. I would counsel anyone thinking about getting this service to look elsewhere.

We did not have many choice in internet and so this was the company we got. The service is awful and we were left without internet often. Despite them telling us we would have enough bandwidth to run our smart TVs we did not and apps were constantly buffering. Half our house does not have internet ( it's not that big ) and they paced the router and said we would have service though the whole house. We are now moving out do the area and when I called to cancel service I was told we had 2 year contract and there would be a fee to cancel. We new we would not be here for two years and I specifically asked the sales rep for a month to month contract. All and all an awful company and experience. If you can't get another provider I would recommend calling your cell phone company and getting a hotspot. It'll be much more reliable and cost-effective.

This is a review for The Sea Ranch area. We have DISH in our primary home in the Bay Area and thought we'd try it in Sea Ranch. I was a bit skeptical given the fact that the internet was satellite based and I've heard that it's not as reliable as cable/dsl internet. But we really had no choice, so we went ahead with DISH. They were exceptionally detailed leading up to the appointment to install the dishes (one for tv, one for internet) and were right on time. The installer was professional and very skilled, he got our system up and running in just a few hours and we're absolutely thrilled with the quality of service. The tv now has HD reception and it's crystal clear all of the time. The internet is fast and reliable. And the prices are reasonable. So if you're in The Sea Ranch and have had problems with other providers, definitely give DISH a try.
